I love the souffle pancakes here! I've been going for a while, but the last time I came, I noticed that they made their pancakes way smaller and they don't give the extra ube sauce anymore. The pancakes are pricey so this just put me in a bad/disappointed mood :/ I hope they change this soon.

It’s average. Coffee was average, service was average, the pancakes were a little too “eggy” all just average.

Not safe for Dairy-free! I chose this cute place for a bday cafe meet-up, but despite the soufflé pancakes and what my friends said was good coffee, I had a horrible experience. They are not trained on food allergies, so please beware. They do not have descriptions of the drinks, but I ordered a Sea Salt Latte with oat milk, because I am allergic to milk. The cashier said there was no milk in it, so no need for substitution. Fine, maybe they use coconut milk foam or the drink is premixed with non-dairy powder? One third into my drink I have a violent reaction and run to the bathroom, proceeding to blow it up miserably. Afterwards, I brought the drink up to the cashier and ask what is in this drink?? He says Heavy cream foam and condensed MILK. I was in disbelief, how can you say it has no milk?! He said sorry and offered to make me another drink with no dairy, which was the least they could do, but I also had to wait a while because he forgot about it. I was nauseous the rest of the day, feeling like puking and loss of appetite. If someone else had a worse allergy they could have gone into anaphylactic shock. Needless to say, I'm traumatized to the point I could never come back.

Came here to try what the hype was about on Instagram and I've always wanted to try Japanese pancakes and this seemed close enough! Take this rating with a grain of salt. I have never tried Japanese pancake, but if I did it probably tasted like how I experienced it here. The seating area is pretty small. Don't expect seating for a large crowd, but comfortable for a small date or hangout with another friend. We did order two drinks along with this soufflé and my drink was pretty good! I forgot to take a picture but it's the avocado coffee. Pretty much a blended avocado smoothie with espresso shot poured over. This will really keep you awake if you're sensitive to caffeine and the richness of the avocado makes it filling with its fat. Overall 4.5/5 and soufflé was extremely fluffy and jiggly as you can see here. It tasted like light and fluffy egg on cloud with whatever topping you prefer. It will taste like that with the egg flavor being the first initial taste. Definitely will come back to try other options!

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was a bit of a challenge and so was finding a spot to sit in the cafe. There's definitely a ton of foot traffic in Nostimo. We ordered the egg coffee and nutellamisu mousse souffle. Our wait for the souffle was 45 minutes. Our egg coffee took some time too. The vibes was comfy and I could see that a lot of people appreciated the cafe. I'm indifferent about visiting again. Not sure if the wait was worth it.

So cute. Perfect place for Instagram photos of wiggly jiggle fluffy light as a cloud pancakes of any decadent topping of your choice. Better to eat there than take out but if you do bring home, they package it carefully for you to design on your own with toppings galore. Strawberry was our favorite. Nutella was a close second.

Came her for a drink since we were in the area having lunch. Had this place bookmarked for a while. It is located in a very busy shopping center. I was lucky to get a parking spot. It's a cute little shop, they have an adequate amount of tables for you to sit down. I wasn't sure what to order so I went with what the employee said was the most popular. I ordered the black sesame house coffee and my daughter ordered a strawberry ice tea. I enjoyed my drink even though I was worried about the black sesame getting in my teeth. My daughters tea was very good and refreshing. I would come back and try some more drinks.

Cute shop with plenty of parking! The cafe is fairly small, so when we went there the tables fill up very fast. Pancakes take at least 20 minutes to make since they are slow cooked, would recommend trying their drinks to sip on while you wait! Such a cute vibe, will bring friends here when showing them around orange county!!

My family and I have been trying our best to find the best Japanese soufflés in SoCal. This is probably our fourth spot in the last week and a half.Nostimo is situated in a strip mall, surrounded by awesome looking Asian food. The inside is bright, and has ample seating. We ordered black coffee, ube latte, an ube soufflé, and a nutellamisu.Twenty-five minutes (pretty standard) later, and our goodies were done. They had a great amount of jiggling, and looked amazing. The ube soufflé was airy and fluffy. The ube flavor was subtle, which is the way I like it. I'm not a big fan of overly sweet desserts. It came with some sort of creamy jelly on the side. Combined with my black coffee, I thoroughly enjoyed my pick.My son had the nutellamisu. He's a tough customer and is turning out to be a little foodie at 11 years of age. The soufflé is a combination of Nutella and tiramisu. Two of his favorite flavors. He said it was enjoyable, but he couldn't taste the, "misu." lol.All in all, we liked Nostimo and will come back if we're ever in the area and have a hankering for some Japanese soufflé.

This place shows a parking lot with a plaza. It's min of 2 hrs but I don't think anyone is checking if you stay longer. This cafe is so cute. They have wifi if you decide to come here work remotely. There are plenty of outlets. It does get loud during the afternoon but it gets quieter during the evening. This place is a cute date or hang out with friends. The soufflé pancakes took about 20 mins. We got the ube or matcha pancakes. There some jiggle to it. It taste like a fluffy whipped cream. The pancake doesn't really taste like anything. I recommend sharing with a friend. It's a lot and very rich and filling. I prefer the ube over the matcha. The matcha was very earthy and you can taste the powder. The pancakes are quite expensive actually.

So I tried their strawberry soufflé pancake.. it was fluffy, airy, and most lightest pancake I ever had.. it looks like it will fill you up but it's very light in sweet and light on your tummy. I think I will try a different flavor next time.. :) It took 20 mins to make this.. so I strolled around while it was in the making.. the shopping area has more food and drinks options..near by. This place is small and cozy..not for a big crowd.

It has been a while since I've had a dalgona coffee! Took a long break from dalgona post pandemic lock down since I made it often. Tastes really nice! Ratio feels good for me as the final mix was sweet, creamy, and still had a good coffee flavor. Nostimo's shop is simple and clean. Nothing really stood out. I guess my only suggestion is for them to put a few cushions for the wall seating. As it is now, it just gives off a hard and cold feeling. It'd make it easier for people to sit with friends and stay for longer periods of time that way! The clear plastic chairs seem nice but don't seem the most sturdy, so probably be careful about those.

I found this place on yelp and have been wanting to try souffle panckaes for a LONNGGG time! When we came here it was empty, maybe because it was a weekday. The lady working here was really nice and said that their most popular item was the tiramisu one which is exactly what we got. She mentioned it takes about 20 minutes but we didn't mind waiting. When it was brought out to us, it was bigger than we imagined! Im so glad we only got one because we wouldnt be able to finish one ourselves. The souffle is super fluffy and the texture is perfection! I love how it's shaped like a bunny with the 2 crackers on top. It also came with a side of coffee to drizzle on top as well. I think my most favorite part of the souffle would be the cream and the fluffy bouncy souffle. Overall I would come back again and get a different flavor like matcha or strawberry!!

What a fun place to spend some time eating jiggly goodness! The restaurant is small and clean. The service is friendly. Please be aware the parking lot, while large, fills quickly, so you may have a wee walk. But it's totally worth it!When ordering soufflés please note they make them fresh, which is great, but it takes 20 minutes to make. So be ready for that and order a drink, sit back and chill while waiting for the warm yumminess to be delivered to your table. The soufflé is a fun interactive treat. Pour the syrup and jiggle away! Consuming this fluffy cloud is also fun! Love the texture, or lack thereof.
