This location has been around forever. This location no longer exists. I went by today and this is what I saw: The signage is gone and the steam trays and all behind the counter - also gone! No real shock since this Mall has been dying a slow, painful "death" for some time.

I was feeling hungry and decided I wanted Chinese food, so I went to Panda Express expecting a full plate of food. I got charged full price for this and the chow mein was undercooked.

My food was not worth the long queue.

I should have read the bad reviews. It really was bad, bad, bad. The fried rice wasn't cooked all the way-so hard unchewable. Tiny bit of chow mein, and the chicken with mushrooms had a lot of onion and little bit of chicken not as good as the other Panda Express near me. Mine went in the trash, but I did like my fortune in my fortune cookie and ate the cookie.

The cooks made the food delicious and the server Fang C. Did not dissapoint with the serving of the beef broccoli she truly served you with intention to eat some places are so stingy with the food but she served me well I'm so please with their service I'm glad I came to eat

This restaurant is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very friendly and the cooking they place on your table is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we came to this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a delightful evening there with first-rate cooking and an experienced team and a great chef. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly come back very soon. Highly recommended.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their clients. Always with a super nice approach. The food is affordably priced, constantly delightful and neat.

Whenever I go to Westminster Mall, I always go to Panda Express because it is actually so filling even when I share with friends. The staff responds really quick and they move relatively fast when packing the food. I usually get the plate with chow mien and for my entree, I always switch it up because everything at Panda Express is so good! I have gotten the honey walnut shrimp, kobari, being, and broccoli beef, orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and mushroom chicken and it is always a 10/10. I never know what to get because normally I want to try everything they have to offer! I like how they include the sauce of the entree which just packs in so much more flavor for when I eat it with the chow mien. Of course the fortune cookies, I always look forward to them when I finish eating. Panda is always a place I go to when I go to the mall!

Yesterday was our first time we went to this magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the efficient service, with the first-rate cooking and wine and with the honest price. We will no doubt go back there soon.
The only food place in the mall that has stayed open. They respond quickly to guests and they are fast and always have the food out and hot. This is always my go to. Sometimes it even is the reason I go to the mall which is dangerous haha

I love their new Szechuan Chicken. It tastes like chicken curry to me.

Spent $13 bucks on a 2 item combo plus large drink. The rice was nasty and the coke was flat. I asked for a refill of a different soda and the Asian old man said "$2.40.. no refill" what a joke.. just a corner Chinese food joint with the Panda Express logo... Do not eat here. Stingy owner operator.
