Although the restaurant my not appear very fancy from the outside, the food served inside is outstanding. The busy restaurant serves big bowls with large servings of meat and noodles. Delicious broth arrives steaming hot. Generous amount of sprouts and vegetables accompany the pho. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Westminister.

Be careful when ordering chopped whole chicken to-go. They will steal chicken pieces from your order. We ordered two whole chicken to go. When we opened up our containers the breast pieces were gone. We told the store and they just laughed at us. Lying cheating low quality restaurant.

Came here the same day the area had the tet parade on bolsa so decided to have lunch here. Now I get that it was busy with customers and all with a special event so I didnt mind having to wait for food. But if this place took 45 minute just to bring my food out then something is wrong. I literally had to ask twice where is my food so they literally forgot about my order and never acknowledged that. This was only chicken pho that I order so it should not be that difficult to make. On top of that I order their specialty combo pho to go and that took another 45 minutes. I came up to ask and the dude was just like you have to wait and then I said dude its 45 minutes so what is going on. The food was okay nothing special but the service just sucks. So needless to say I will not be going here again. Go to pho 86 service is good and food is even better.

This is one of Pho Lovers outlets. Soup stock is quite nice here and the standard herbs and mung bean sprouts are provided as normal. The thinly sliced filet minion meat topping was delicious. Perhaps they can provide a bit more grams of meat. Parking spots around the restaurant should be enough if it was not peak lunch times. Overall it is good quality traditional pho dish.

Yeah, I've been to pho 79. It's aight. But pho lovers 1 is my absolute favorite. The broth, back ribs, and thick noodles are super flavorful and decadent. The rice herb that comes with the bean sprouts and basil is what makes it more authentic and totally transforms the flavor. If I could give more stars, I would. Ordered a few drinks and was pleasantly surprised. They don't skimp on meat or noodles. Worth a visit imo.

For about $14 a bowl, you get a great portion and quality, and variety of meat. My friends and I would highly recommend. Only think I wish they did was offered wooden disposable chopsticks and spoons.

My wife and I had breakfast here today. The people working there welcome us and helped out with our order. Place is nice with plenty of parking. Price is good and it is close to the Vietnamese plaza.

I met some friends here and I'm used to being the only vegan in the group. So I'm used to the disappointment of lackluster vegan options in a conventional restaurant. That being said, I was extremely pleasantly surprised when there were some really solid, decent vegan options here! Im also Vietnamese so I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to vegan Vietnamese food. From what I remember, there were about 4 or 5 vegan entrée options. I got the hu tieu xao and it was delicious. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try the other dishes! AND they have the hood soft crushed ice here!

We love this place for some hearty flavored pho. Really good noodles and ingredients. A great alternative to Phoholic nearby and way less crowded! I even featured this place in the video I did in Little Saigon.. see for yourself. youtu.be/Zp1-rD8KokE?si=…
