Lo-key best pho in FV. They always greet you with “my friend” and seat you quickly. I feel like I am getting a hug from my grandma whenever I eat there. At one point I was going 2-3 times a week but after moving I try to make the trip at least once every two weeks or so. They never disappoint and Egg rolls are always a good idea. Also, I see some reviews saying cash only buy I wanted to clarify, they do accept card too.

Everytime I'm in Orange County I place an order for the egg rolls!! Ever since I first tried these delicious rolls of flavor several years ago, I've been hooked!! Open late & never disappointed! It's now a tradition within my family to get atleast 3-4 orders each time we go!

One of the best Com Tam Bi I've had in Little Saigon area. Service is nice and friendly and speak well. Will comeback again
Service was fast but the food is not worth the price nor good. They use beef broth for the chicken pho. All the veggies taste dirty as if they don't wash them. The smell of the beef and chicken pho smells like spilled eggs. The broth taste like tap water. I've been to many phos spots and this is not one I'd go to ever again.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Their service and food never disappoint! I get their rare steak and brisket pho, sooo delicious. I have ordered to-go plenty of times and the food still hits the same as if you're dining in. I showed my cousins this place and now this is their favorite pho spot.

Here’s a draft of a review for Pho 54: Disappointing Pho Experience I was quite surprised to find that the broth at Pho 54 was a Tom Yum style instead of the traditional Pho broth. While the broth itself was okay, it was a bit too salty for my taste. The seafood in the bowl was a mixed bag. There were small pieces of fish, shrimp, and clam, but unfortunately, they tasted quite average and had the texture of frozen seafood. Overall, there was nothing particularly special about this Pho, and I’m glad it was only $14. I wouldn’t have been willing to pay more for this meal.

Honestly not the best. The broth was lukewarm which was not a good sign cuz i got rare. Used to be so good. Will def not be going back. The floors looked dirty. The restroom hallway smells bad.
