Hands down best chicken pho in town, it's their specialty and the only type you'll find. Food is super delicious and you can tell because they're always super busy! So, service naturally gets backed up so don't get mad cuz you're here to eat PHO. Highly recommend for yummy chicken pho!

Best place for chicken noodle soup 🍜 IMHO, very busy at breakfast and lunch time so if you want to get in easy try brunch time 😃 I always joke with my wife and kids: before I die please give me 1 bowl of Song Hai chicken noodle soup 🍜

Very delicious food. We ordered rice dish and chicken pho, both are so tasty and fresh. Highly recommend, I would come again.
Service is terrible!
Best place for chicken pho. Miss their beef pho though.
Good chicken noodles at good price, service too slow. Some food is likely higher price.
I went to enjoy chicken pho at Song Hai Restaurant in the Bosa Cali area, a place recommended by my cousin as very famous. When I arrived, I had to line up because the restaurant was crowded. However, after waiting for a long time, I was quite disappointed with the pho. The pho broth does not have the typical flavor of chicken pho, and the chicken, although advertised as free-range chicken, is actually industrial chicken, the chicken meat is flaky and not as chewy as expected.

If you want to eat chicken thighs, you have to wait a long time. Eating chicken breast is too dry and can't be digested. I can't finish a small bowl. MSG is probably a bit too much, making me lazy. No taste, like water. Will never return. Not like before.
Best chicken pho I can think of in OC. It’s very vietnamese so ya don’t expect too much with the restaurant itself. Get the noodles over rice. Dark meat is the most popular but I like breast better because it’s meatier. Get the fat big noodle!

This place has the absolute best ga dishes I’ve ever had. The mam gung was amazing and the chicken is consistently fresh. Everything was fresh tasting down to their veggies. Love it so much.
PS: They have older cash register and CC machine. Getting an itemize receipt for expensing can be tricky but you can still get a handwritten one.

They have good food. But i can't tolerate the services. They are getting worse and worse by the year.Server/ ( maybe owner) talked without looking at customers. Omg.I walked out!

If you do go, go early because they are popular! The restaurant is small but has plenty of tables. Although they fill very fast! The servers mostly speak no English to very broken English. This restaurant specializes in chicken. Chicken and rice, chicken and noodles… chicken. Their cuts are chicken breast, leg or wings. Note that only one person at your table can order wings. The day we went there was a half hour wait for legs. So essentially one person could order wings and the others pretty much had to order breast pieces. The broth is very yummy. The chicken is flavorless so you need sauce. Their Hainan chicken sauce is pretty yummy but their Hainan rice is also pretty flavorless. I did add chili. ?
