They should update their pricing menu since pho Vinh Ky 2 is already offered 50% off on beef pho. Special pho XL is just 8 bucks over there

Came to this place around 1 am and the lady with the pretty blue eyeshadow was super sweet and kind. Wonderful service and very yummy pho. I recommend this place 10/10

First timer at this place had the large oxtail pho $14 and egg rolls $10 order of 5. Me and mum both enjoyed munching on our oxtail meat /bones in a nearly empty restaurant, broth was tasty they carry a chili oil ? not many other pho places have, they provide you with extra basil/herbs/ bean sprouts/lemons if needed. Service is good, cash only! Restrooms not so clean. Forgot to take pictures of food. Will update next time.Parking: Located in small plaza right next to stater bros, huge parking lot

Most Vietnamese restaurants closed on Tuesday, and we found this one open and open to 3am. The reviews are very good, so we gave it a tried. Cash only. If you are looking for cheap pho, a lot of meats, and don't mind the quality, then this place is right for you. My friend ordered fried rice and came with a long hair. The waitress reordered the fried rice for us and left the original one out on the table to avoid further concerns. My Pho soup wasn't hot enough to cook the meats. Overall, it is a 3 Star rating, but I gave a 2 stars because of the hair.

Can't go wrong with the Pho Tai here if you're looking for something quick, cheap, and big portions. This joint isn't the most delicious nor the prettiest, but I come out satisfied every damn time!

Prices have risen but quantity still the same if not less. Food is a little above average.

They only accept cash! There were no signs at all anywhere in or outside of the restaurant and the workers never told us either. Spent an hour trying to get cash cus we don't carry our debit cards on us either so we couldn't even go to an atm. Ruined our day. Food was good tho. Just annoying how all they needed to do was to tape a sheet of paper on the door saying "cash only." If we knew we could've just ate at another place and not wasted our time trying to get cash.

Love that this place is open so late! They have a large selection of pho to choose from and are generous with the green onions, bean sprouts, and other greens. The workers were very kind and the prices are cheap. Definitely the place to go for a late night meal.
