This place used to be absolutely amazing. Unfortunately lately I don't know what happened but the service went down hill. I went in today when there was no line and it took almost 5 mins to get greeted or even say hello as I was standing right in front of them. I understand they had an online order but 3 people couldn't even say hi for 5 mins. Then the gentleman making my pizza takes so long it's almost insane. I actually am writing this whole thing and didn't even start writing till after he got the dough ready. Now he is putting on red sauce. I ordered two pizzas. This is quite the review and I am by no means a fast texter. This place a year ago was like a subway for pizzas the only wait was 5 mins in the oven. Now it's 30 mins just to make the pizza if there is NO LINE. I really wish they could fix this because it's absolutely ruining the experience for a pretty decent place.

Fast, tasty pizzas. These are probably one of the tastier kinds given the concept. I like how there's a cauliflower crust as a healthier option, although a hefty up charge. Prices vary too depending on the customized pizza versus a cheese, 1 or 2 topping

Mediocre Pizza thats a copy of Blaze Pizza! Poor flavor and crust was bland too and dry. Service was horrible! Two workers were slow to do anything and barely can speak english, told him twice I wanted regular crust but still made it thin crust. The sauce they use needs more flavor too. Not a good experience, disappointing.

Paid extra for two high rise crust pizzas and both were extreme flat and soggy on top. The bottom was dark and my fingers were left with a black dust after eating each piece. Worst experience at a Pieology ever. Soda machine was not working properly. Service was slow. Will not be coming back.

Great pizza place in the neighborhood. I love the deep dish pepperoni and Barbecue Chicken pizzas. We had lunch here today and it was my first time. Love the pizza and the good vibe here. Good customer service with supreme pizzas. May be my go to spot.

Nevwr been to Piology before. Son had a $75 gift certificate. Staff there are nice. They're very young but polite. What can I say about the pizza . . . I mean you design your own so pizza is great. Price so ressonable.

I was requested to wait at the counter while the cook caught up with door dash orders. I preceeded to wait for 10 min and was requested to still wait while the line cook got caught up with door dash orders. This place caters to door dash and not diners.

I've enjoyed Margarita pizza on other occasions, last night their BBQ chicken made me sick... I tried taking medicine to calm my stomach and it didn't work. Only, to run to the bathroom to vomit multiple times... Also, was less than impressed with online service for togo order. Was handed pizza and told to get the cookies and coke myself, had to bother the young lady for my utensils... not sure how online ordering is supposed to work but she seemed bothered to provide service, after I had already tipped 20% online, seemed a little rude. Called the next day to inform the manager, Juan (who answered the phone) said he was the Manager (even though I clearly heard him ask for Sam) and said to call back so he could speak with his District Manager, to look into the temperature of the chicken and see what else could've caused me to be sick. I called back and he said the temperature was fine. Please be weary of their chicken, I think pepperoni is preserved very well and probably won't cause illness... but not sure if they're worried about their chicken. Good luck & best wishes. Buon Appetito (happy eating in Italian, since it's pizza) ;-)
