The lady was very rude infront of the store, she had told me multiple times to goto another location when all I wanted was to buy a pizza. Literally what the job is and she was not taking mine or any other persons order, that was behind me, her name is Concepion and shows how much she hates working there.

They were All young adults but it just felt like they needed a manager there .They did to much laughing .I h9t A large for better pricing but the pizza was nasty the sauce tasted bad pizza kinda dry I got the white sauce..When I got home I added more Alfredo sauce and heated it up some in oven tasted alot better even pine apple tasted stale or dry .

Horrible service. My pizza was over an a1hr late ."couldnt find the address " then they said it showed up as delivered. Spoke to manager they ended up resending the order it arrived and none of the items that I ordered were right .wrong pizza and soda size . Manager was helpful and professional though .everyone else need to do better.

Worst pizza I’m never getting Pizza Hut again to greasy and doing falls apart.
First of all, my pizza was burnt. Not the entire pizza, but the bell peppers were not green. They were black.
They charge a seven dollar fee for delivery because they don’t deliver themselves. They use DoorDash.
I literally paid almost $40 for (one)medium 2 item pizza and a 20oz Pepsi.
Pizza came warm like it was sitting for a while and burnt. I’m not happy about it. As if, the cook didn’t notice the pizza was black when he took it out of the oven yet he still put it in the box and sent it out.

The app said its ready for pickup arrived at the stores. Its not ready yet. The guy told me few minutes. I told him let me know when it's ready. I waited 10 minutes. It's been sitting for thevqhole time. Poor customer service.
