The voice AI is confusing to use, and they messed up my sauces which I paid extra for, and they didn’t give me my receipt.

Overpriced guys family meal 8 pcs with ONE ONLY large side for 35 dollars come on!!!!!
Add on a small cup of bad taste mashed potato for 3.99 dollars is that a joke.
THEY WERE OUT OF COKE, SPRITE on sunday only fanta ana dr pepper which we don’t like any
It was a horrible experience and will never do it again and will tell my friends about it

Service is very fast and professional, most of the staff are Vietnamese. The food is hot and very delicious. How wonderful. The restaurant space is cozy, creating a comfortable feeling. Will definitely come back here next time.

$40 for three chicken tenders and some fries ... I ordered three combo meals, got home, all the sides were there and one entree but Iwas missing the other two entrees.
Another time they asked me to pull out of the drive thru and park, told me they'd bring my order out. 20 minutes later I went back through the drive thru and the guy acted surprised, I think they forgot about me.

Haven’t been here for a while but it sure has changed. I got the sandwich combo and the chicken is half the size it used to be. The fries were cold and rubbery and those too are half the amount all while the price has gone up $2 or more. The cashier was very pleasant though. Corporate management sucks.

Just went again today, 9/27/24, and the chicken was much better. On the other hand, the cashier was rude and trying to force people into using a new kiosk. NOBODY was interested. She actually said after her little speech, “that’s what the company wants.” Well sweetheart, obviously it’s not what the customers want. Take a break and cool off or go home!

The Popeyes on Beach Blvd and Hazard Ave is the best one I ever been at. The employees here are amazing. They have great customer service and I will be returning. About time I find a Popeyes that is not ghetto or out of food.

There used to be a bunch of young kids working here. They would always mess up my order or never have chicken available, which is odd. It's a chicken place. But since I went up to 20 bucks an hour, the quality and service has gotten a lot better.
