I went to eat here with my mom because we were hungry and wanted food asap. We both looked at the menu and knew exactly what we wanted. The waiter we got was kinda rude. When he asked me what I wanted to order, I told him exactly what I wanted. I pointed at a picture on the menu and he was like “that’s number 51.” And im like “yeah, that’s what I want. Number 51.” And hes like “it comes with pork, noodles, etc” and Im like “yeah that’s what I want.” And he was like “ok what else?” And I said “I want number 46 (or something, I forgot the exact number)” and hes like “it COMES with shrimp bits on the rice and beef” and im like “??Yeah exactly, that’s what I want.” And he was like “ok anything else??” At that point, he made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to order an appetizer but I said no cause what was up with his tone and attitude? I felt like he was being condescending or looking down on me. I feel like I’m capable of reading and speaking English so he shouldn’t act like I was beneath him. Anyways, we got our food and it was just okay. The service sucked as well. No one would check in on us, we had to flag someone down to bring us boxes and to pay for our food.

I have been to Hue, Dang Nang, and this place reminded me of the good time I had at Vietnam I definitely recommend this place. Their Bun Bo Hue was pretty good, along with the service.

The Host led us to a booth and added a chair to the end of the booth. No one was eating at the time and some tables were better suited for a 5 person table. The host wearing a PUMA shirt sat us down and seemed impatient when he wanted to take our order. The actual female server was nice enough to provide the utensils and food and drink, rather than the unprofessional individual who sat us. Ordered Bun Bo Dac biet cha gio, a dry noodle special beef spring roll bowl. By itself it was good, but with the homemade sauce, it didn't blend well and didn't provide enough of a satisfying flavor. At times it was bland, but enough to scarf down for a small lunch. The young coconut was satisfying. The banh beo (rice cake) was a little on the undercooked side since it didn't fully dry out for us to pull from the small plates.
Overall would I recommend it to my 800,000 viewers? To be honest the answer is NO. Being in the heart of Little Saigon, there is much more of a better restaurant that would want your business elsewhere. Recommends Golden Flower Veggie restaurant. Not in the mood for a veggie restaurant, try Canton Restaurant with bold flavors. Both will not let you down.

We were welcomed with warm smiles on a Wednesday morning. The staff were attentive with our party. We ordered mi quang, banh canh cua tom, and bun bo hue. Every soup had their specialty flavors and uniqueness. I am absolutely in awe with their homemade chewy banh canh noodles. You can tell it is made with love and warmth. 10/10 will be back soon!
