Surprisingly, in the Westminster area there is vermicelli Suong, a pure Southern dish with fresh shrimp ingredients, crushed and mixed with spices, creating a crispy, sweet, chewy feeling when used with vermicelli and the stewed soup is very fragrant and delicious. High recommendation this .
Closed at 6:00 pm but at 4:45 pm the floor was cleaned 😳 even though the restaurant is not very large, they forced customers to sit in one row to clean the floor 🫣

It was a nice rainy day to enjoy the broth and noodles. Ordering a vermicelli dish seems like a combination of vermicelli vermicelli and bun bo Hue but is not spicy. The noodles remind me of spaghetti. Spring rolls have a lot of meat. There is tamarind sauce to add to the broth if you want a fragrant sauce. Thw mon vegetables are also delicious in broth.
