first time someone teach me the proper way to enjoy bun bo hue & bun rieu. I always thought you use the shrimp paste with the soup!

One of the best bun bo hue in westminster. Broth is light and not full of mam flavor. My wife and I really enjoyed it and they give you so much veggies. They also have thai peppers and grinded up peppers and sa te. Place is legit and can’t wait to come back. Wish I knew about this sooner!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. When traveling, I don’t like to eat at the same place twice. I did here and I wish I could have gone more. The first night we ordered chicken feet, duck tongue both ways, seafood fried rice and clams in lemongrass. It was all so amazing. The lemongrass broth with clams was so light but yet flavorful. The duck tongue in the pot was delightful and the sauce was very complex. All dishes came out when they were ready, meaning...
