This cozy, dependable family-owned Vietnamese spot has become my go-to place, whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout. It’s located in a super convenient spot and I find that I’m there almost every week—sometimes more! I’ve tried so many things on their menu, and not once have I been disappointed. The Bahn Beo is fantastic, probably my favorite, and the Bun Bo Hue is so comforting and definitely a runner up. Everything is made with that special homecooked touch.

Never know that duck and bamboo shot can go together very well, I have a duck noodle with side salad it’s taste very nice, the soup, meat and ginger sauce is a perfect match. Imagine you dip the soft tender juicy duck meat inside a ginger sauce that usually makes for hainan chicken rice. It is easy to find this location and also can come by bus too as it’s located right next to OC Bus stop.

Wednesday 7/31/24 Dinner at Quán Vỹ Dạ Restaurant in Westminster with my mother. Enjoying Vietnamese Bun Bo Hue (BBH). This restaurant makes good foods and dishes are reasonably priced.

There were many service staff. Beside taking your order, bringing your foods, and cleaning up when customers are done, they are laid back/ appeared lazy. Customers have to waive them down to get refill on their drinks and additional napkins. Many of the service staff were...
