I came here during non-peak, so not sure if it's a study place or not; def a good place for people to find a place to study but avoid rush/peak hours with loud noises.1. Plenty of space to sit, according to my photos.2. Parking is in the complex, so it might be hard to find but not too hassle.3. Two entrances, back, and front.4. Customer service was okay, not great, but not terrible. Young staffs need to pay attention to customers more.5. Price is average compared to other places, and the drink was ok, not standout or special. I got milk foam green tea anywhere with 70% sugar.A place for me to go regularly? Maybe not, since there are so many options in the market, but if you like it. Then good for you!

Boba Milk Tea
I have only tried the traditional boba milk tea and it was good. The one thing that annoyed me was the deceptive pricing. Adding $1 for Boba is ridiculous. Just price it to the “Boba Milk Tea” drink. Don’t play that game. And please remove the Buy One Get One and the Buy One Get Next 50% sign out.

The only R&B tea that I know has Tiramisu cream. The wait time can be bit long during peak hours but that’s because this place is much better than any other R&B tea stores
