Red Flame Restaurant

Enjoyed my meal again at Redflame last night! The hot stone cooking concept is unique and entertaining. The steak was delicious, but I'd recommend ordering it on the rarer side (medium-rare to medium). The hot stone continues to cook the meat at your table, and it come out a bit more well-done than you prefer after about 10 minutes. I had broccoli, placing a few on the stone helps too. Pro-tip: wear dark clothing, the sizzling oil can splash on your clothes or keep the stone away from you on the special tray it is served on. Their version of the lomo saltado is good, taste different from how the Peruvians usually prepare it.

Parking: The two gender neutral restrooms are well kept.

The Steak on the Rock here is tender and delicious. My kids would always want to stop here everytime we're in Southern California.

We had an awesome dining experience here! The food was incredibly good for the price. We ordered the chicken katsu with garlic noodles, ribeye steak, and hot pot, and each dish was a hit. To top it off, all the meals came with a free boba drink, which was a delightful bonus. Every bite was delicious, and we couldn't get enough of the flavors. The service was also outstanding—super friendly and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed without any delay. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back for more.

Place was empty , just above fast food . Nothing special . Friendly when server was there but did not come around to ch enough with 8 people at our table

I'm sorry but I just went there and it was mid at most. The broth was bland, waiters barely checked on you and the milk teas tasted like water. My saltado fries were thin and soggy. The hot pot with crab was soooo small and they only gave you half a crab. Someone bombed the bathroom with poop and that wasn't cleaned up. We also ordered a ramen and they never brought it. If you like cheap prices for bland food, go on ahead. I'll never be back.

When you go get all the item you should get are steaks they are $23 they also have other variety item too Shabu Shabu and Hot Pot are nothing to write home about really it $16 for both they are very basic in my opinion but I guess that what you get for what you paid.

Wednesday 7/3/24 Dinner at Red Flame Restaurant in Westminster with my mother and sister. Enjoying fusion Vietnamese-American cuisine. Ordered Rib eye steaks and beef hot pot. Delicious and savory.

Jay, service staff, was friendly, nice, and hard working servicing many patrons.

The restaurant has a nice decor.

Note to restaurant owner(s) for improvement: Play some high vibe music as it was very quiet. The salad and dressing was good. To improve, add shredded carrots or red, orange, of yellow pepper to salad to add colors and appeals.
