Enjoyed my meal again at Redflame last night! The hot stone cooking concept is unique and entertaining. The steak was delicious, but I'd recommend ordering it on the rarer side (medium-rare to medium). The hot stone continues to cook the meat at your table, and it come out a bit more well-done than you prefer after about 10 minutes. I had broccoli, placing a few on the stone helps too. Pro-tip: wear dark clothing, the sizzling oil can splash on your clothes or keep the stone...

We had an awesome dining experience here! The food was incredibly good for the price. We ordered the chicken katsu with garlic noodles, ribeye steak, and hot pot, and each dish was a hit. To top it off, all the meals came with a free boba drink, which was a delightful bonus. Every bite was delicious, and we couldn't get enough of the flavors. When you go get all the item you should get are steaks they are $23 they also have other variety item too Shabu Shabu and Hot Pot are nothing to write home about really it $16 for both they are very basic in my opinion but I guess that what you get for what you paid.
