Between 1983 and 1995 I ate lunch almost daily at to your restaurant. In 95 I moved away from Southern California. When ever I visit the area I stop in for a bite. Best pizza in the world! The pasta is excellent. I now live in the Lake Tahoe area and there's nothing even close to it here or anywhere else for that matter (and lve been to NY and Jersey). Everything I've ever ordered there has been fantastic.

The food and atmosphere was great. The wait was bad. No seating directions and it took over an hour to get our food. FIVE tables who got there AFTER us got their food before us. It's just TWO of us and those other tables had 3-5 people in their party. I'm not racist but 3 tables had Hispanics and 2 tables had Asians. I was so excited because the food looked good and the atmosphere is so wonderful but the wait killed it for me. I had to sit there and watch everyone who got here after us eat while I just have bread in front of me.

EDIT:
When I talked to the cashier before I left, he told me they were missing 3 workers that night and a large party came in. I can understand the large party buy it still doesn't explain the others getting served before us. I will change the star levels because of the shortage but once again, it doesn't explain how others who came after us got served first. Sorry about your situation that night with staff shortage because it is tough to work like that.

I attended a work party here. The food was fantastic and service was on point. Our group took up a large part of the inside seating, but other parties were able to be seated and received the same level of service. This place would be great for a good sized party, a casual night out, or a date night with your squeeze.

Tonight I ordered a Margarita pizza. The flavors were perfectly balanced, non-acidic. Absolute perfection. 🫶🏼👌.

Renatos has been open since 1969, and I've been coming here since I was a child - just like my parents. Their pizza outclasses any other in the area bar none, and their other menu items are nothing to shake a cannoli at either. The pizza margherita is my personal favorite, and I'm also fond of their calamari and seafood dishes.

I hope this place can get more business and busy. I absolutely loved the cheese ravioli here. It’s been a while but I’m pretty sure I spent up to around $20 for this place. It’s very worth it and the service is very nice. I come back here occasionally, but it’s a really quiet, calm, and clean environment :)
