The bun Bo here is very bland. It has the look of being real good but the flavor is not there. The meat is not as tenders as I would like it.

Tried Cô Ba Bún Bò and was impressed! The bún bò is flavorful with a clean, aromatic broth that’s naturally sweet — not oily or heavy. The highlight is their homemade chả Huế, which is fresh, firm, and super tasty. A great spot if you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese flavors.

Dropped by around 2pm and the place wasn’t crowded. I tried their bún bò—honestly, it was just okay. The broth was decent, but nothing stood out. Unfortunately, the vermicelli was overcooked when I visited, which took away from the overall experience. Not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Everything was simply… okay.
From Houston and I love bun bo hue here! will come back soon!!

The Bún Bò was very good everytime we have it
My boyfriend ate breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised that their sizzling skillet items were a delight for breakfast items.
The inside was clean with nice decor. The staff was very friendly and fast service.
I had the sizzling eggs, pate, and sausage. It was very hot when brought out but that is what makes the sausage and paste (Cha) soft and easy to chew. I liked to dip the bread with the sauce within the skillet. I also had their popular Lychee Lemon juice, it was really good.
My boyfriend really liked his beef stew egg skillet and bread. The beef was tender and went well with the eggs, potato, carrots, etc.
We will be back to try their famous Bún Bò Huế for sure

This is one of those VN dishes that it’s easy to make but not easy to make it well. This place does it well from the taste point. I gave it a four because of the presentation. Otherwise it’s a hidden gem for bung bo hue among a sea of restaurants around that area. I will try other dishes next time with more people. It looks good.

I really don't know what to say about the bun bo hue at this restaurant but I didn't like it at all, it doesn't even have any fragrance in the soup, the eggroll was ok not bad but the bun bo hue hands down the worst I ever try at any restaurant

Saw this spot just opened up and I'm a bun bo hue addict so it's a must try for me. Unfortunately, the bun bo hue here lacks flavor and the noodles are way too soft. Service staff was very friendly and attentive.

The beef noodle soup is very delicious, the broth is rich with the smell of lemongrass and fish sauce, the vegetables are fresh and clean and thinly sliced, the staff is polite and cute, the door opens a bit cold, I find the beef noodle soup to be the best in the bolsa restaurants, I will come back again.

We were there with family. Four adults and three children. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to Vietnam four times.

This is a true storefront yet hole-in-the-wall family run establishment with amazing food. I simply asked the waitress, who hardly spoke English, what she suggested and my meal was amazing! I also loved the Vietnamese coffee. The baguette made it all even more delicious. The only downside is they do not take credit cards. I happened to have cash on me and even though they take the order at the table you do have to pay at the counter. They also have an outdoor patio. The TV's are on Vietnamese channels and all the art is unique and traditional. I LOVED this experience and definitely will go back to Little Saigon in Westminster and visit this restaurant or one of the other 280 local Vietnamese establishments in the nearby area.
