Ordered an affogato and brown sugar milk tea. If I ever need a strong caffeinated drink again, I’m definitely buying the affogato. Wonderful drink/dessert for caffeine addicts haha.Overall experience was great. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of room to sit and chat with friends.Small note: Pretty sure the cashier guy is new since he cancelled my option to tip and didn’t say anything to me until I ordered (just stared at me), but the drinks he made were superb. And only thing I would recommend for the shop is if they showed a bigger menu on the wall or a TV, not just on the counter.

Smoove Shop has really yummy ice cream/ Italian Ice. The fruity flavors are definitely more icy (in texture) and the other ones are milky and smooth. We got Cotton Candy (which the flavor was SPOT ON and texture was icy), then we got the coconut Pandan... milky and smooth and the flavor was so delicious. We also ordered chocolate and cookies and cream (again milky and creamy and yummy). I also got the PB & Ayee smoothie - there's a lot going on in that one drink. It wasn't bad, but it's not my jam personally, but my partner enjoyed it.The shop itself it sorta "older" or maybe it is just the appliances. The ice-cream freezers were all cloudy- which unfortunately makes it look a little dirty (I am sure it was NOT dirty..but the cloudiness makes it appear not as clean as it probably is). There is NO menu posted on the walls so unless it is your turn to order, you have no clue what they offer...I feel they need a TV menu on the wall or print out a big menu to hang up.I feel like the random hanging of items for sale makes the shop have a "cheap" appearance- which is unfortunate because I feel like it takes away from the potential of this shop.Overall, the service and food/dessert here is great. My only objection is the vibe of the place.

me and my friends come all the time after school (haaaai vivian :3). the owner is an actual saint from heaven, a total sweetheart. a lot of different drink options from milk teas, fruity, or smoothies! it’s pretty healthy and the soft serve is always unique. all products are good and theres even some sanrio merch there! a lovely small business that had the hearts of many nearby students! the owner often helps out friends and also takes the time to learn the names of regulars as well as help with birthday celebrations, there’s also karaoke! it’s a nice fun place to be and to destress while you drink. my personal favorites are the newjeans drink, watermelon agua fresca, or dragon berry slush! ask for a recc if you don’t know what to get, all the employees are so nice and love to help. 10/10, love this place.

The boba and soft-serve booth was the most popular thing at our wedding reception. Guests of all ages and backgrounds enjoyed the sugary drinks and desserts. The drinks were delicious and not watered down. Vivian was very friendly with the guests and provided excellent customer service. We appreciated that Vivian customized the cups with monogrammed stickers of our first initials, which gave it a special yet simple touch.
