this place is an okay boba place, prices are way to expensive for the price, personally not worth the hype if you ask me.

I honestly thought they had closed this location because I tried coming multiple times and they were always closed. Turns out they're only open on weekends. I came with my fiancé on Saturday and it was poppin', poor girl behind the counter looked so overwhelmed. She was doing it all by herself. My fiancé and I joked that we wouldn't blame her if she quit on the spot. Because she was so busy fulfilling orders it took a while for us to put our order in, then another while for us to get it. There was a guy who got there after us and he had still not ordered after we had already left. They really need to have more staff on weekend nights, it's not fair to the employees. Anyway, the ice cream was so good! The coffee Oreo is to die! My fiance didn't like his cookies and cream too much. Overall it was pretty good, o wish they were open on weeknights since my fiancé lives super close and I would want a regular ice cream fix!

My experience at Snow Monster was adequate. I would hang out here as an option of getting sweets and deserts with my friends and cousins. The boba was alright, but it was not the greatest. Some felt way too sweet and some had a very strong tea-aftertaste to it. However, it makes up for it with the ice cream sandwiched in between macaroons. I fell in love with that idea as it was my first time trying out ice cream and macaroons. I would definitely recommend newcomers to try out the ice cream and macaroons.

The service was good and the workers were really nice and patient. The macaron ice cream sandwich was very delicious, and the sunset strawberry lemonade was so delightful.

Great customer service! Came by after a trip from LA and we were of course craving something sweet and boba , we got here just 15 minutes before closing and were greeted by the nicest cashier he was so patient as he helped us order since this was our first time. The drinks were sweet and loaded with boba which was a plus and they have a cute wall for pics! I ended up purchasing one of their beanies which is so adorable they also sell cute little succulents and flowers which are adorable!

It was good, the girl that helped us was helpful. Poor girl was working alone, where she is cashier and also she was the "cook" that makes these milk teas w/cotton candy toppings. :))

I waited and ordered teas and ice creams and waited fit them to be made. The one worker young lady said I would have to wait back in line to add cotton candy because she was overwhelmed. Ridiculous!

Gotta say Snow Monster has such an amazing aesthetic. Never seen a boba shop that is so unique, from colorful drinks to cotton candy on top, great for cute Instagram photos. Hands down the best milk tea and thai tea in the OC area. While I am not a really big fan of thai tea, I have to say trying Snow Monster's thai tea has got me addicted. Their thai tea is very creamy which I like, but just a bit too sweet which has got me over the edge. Overall I am a big fan of their diverse menu, with lots of great things, but the toppings are just not very good. If you are looking for a place with lots of aesthetics and just tea, this is it. I would give this place a 8/10, they got good ideas but if they were to make their toppings better, I would definitely be going there every day.

I am surprised I haven't written a review about this place. Hands down I think Snow Monster have the best Thai tea in town. Better than most Thai restaurants lol. I think the Thai tea at some Thai restaurant is an after thought and they focus more on the entrees- resulting in a super saturated sweetness that lingers in the mouth long after the drink has been consumed. Snow Monster's Thai Tea is a balanced mixture of tea and milk which creates a balanced flavor that goes so well with their gooey boba. It really is refreshingly good and consistent too. They don't mix the Thai tea before handing it to you so you know it is going to be good haha. I have a theory that any place that hands over Thai Tea already mixed and is completely orange always result in a crappy tasting drink. I don't think whether the boba shop mixing it or you, the consumer mixing it is going to change anything but that has been a repeating scenario when I try out Thai Tea from different places. 2nd to Snow Monster for really good Thai Tea is Tira Tea House in Garden Grove. Everywhere else tastes bland or diabetes sweet and that ain't cutting it for me.

One of my favorite go to dessert spots. I normally do not crave desserts, but Snow Monster has me addicted.

I would give it -1 stars if I could. This is only because this employee gave us a dirty look when we got in line to order. We got to snow monster 25 min before closing. There was 8 of us and we waited 5 min in line just so he could tell us "there's too much of you guys, I can't take your order". So why make us wait? There was still 20 min before closing. This is ridiculous, understaffed, rude employee and not polite. He could've asked us politely to leave and not give us a dirty look. Also to management there should've been at least two staff on the clock. This was my first time coming here btw. Ended up taking my money elsewhere. "The Loop" across the street from this place.

$14 for only 5 Mini Macarons that didn't really have any difference in flavor. I was disappointed in wasting money on a poorly made macaron where the cookie part was hallow, and just stuffed with unknown filling. It wasn't ganache and it was not creamy smooth either. The filling was hard, crusty dry. They had put these Macarons in the fridge because it was like hard to bite into, and I was looking forward to fresh made Macarons but these were no where near fresh or great in quality. I had to let them sit overnight not refrigerated to ensure I can get the filling to defrost or soften so I can enjoy it. If anyone knows what it is like eating a macaron, just know ordering one from here is not a true macaron. I guess I'll have to hunt for another location. It may be cute looking but not tasty. I think I only enjoyed Fruity Pebbles, and that's how bad it was bc it tasted all the same I can't remember distinctly what I had ordered to separate the flavors a part. Customer Service was okay, they were patient with me as it was my first time here but were very cheerful or informative with their menu to help me choose or order the Macarons.
