Great food and even better people. Our office is right across the street we absolutely love going there. Whether for donuts, coffees, sandwiches, or breakfast burritos, everything is always delicious and served with smiles. Cannot recommend this place enough!

... My niece's favorite Vietnamese coffee shop and now it's mine too...... You never know what bizarre conversation you are going to have with one of the regulars at the outside tables...... We live in an interactive zoo, participation is encouraged...... As we look back we regret the things we did not do more than the things we did...

Wow tried this place for the first time today and it is sooooooo good! I got iced coffee, donuts, and egg and cheese on a croissant. Everything thing was very delicious and only $12! I was sooo shocked by the quality of food and the great prices and service. I will go here every morning before work for breakfast now.

This place makes a very good breakfast burrito. I got bacon (egg, cheese, potato). You can add jalapeños and / or avocado. I added jalapeños. It comes with a side of salsa and a donut hole. I noticed they have breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches as well.The burrito came out to a little over $8

I get donuts and coffee here 3-4 times per week! Very tasty and convenient since it's right next to the 405 freeway
