It's the 2nd time I go into this location and they keep doing something wrong with my drinks. Once I go back to let them know they're very rude about it when it's clearly their mistake and not mine. I'm not planning to go back there anymore.

Very rude store manger. Caitie Rear was extremely rude when me and my father and my aunt were trying to fix my drink which was three fourths full of ice. While the other fourth was pearls and the drink. At first in a polite way me and my dad talked to her about the problem and she was very rude and laughed at us. She then started talking sassy and would not be nice at all. She then cut off my dad while he was speaking and said that if we wanted to complain we could and she threw her card in our faces. My father then got very mad and walked back to the table we were sitting at. Then my aunt took my sisters drink which was the same exact thing just with lemonade to them with my drink. Another worker got involved and said that my sister had asked for light ice. When she heard that we got her receipt which had said she just ordered the drink and nothing extra and went to them. When I tried speaking to Caitie to slice the problem very easily she completely ignored me and talked to us as though we knew nothing and were a few dumb people who can’t do anything. She even took a big scooper and put ice in a venti cu so she could have “proved” that she was right. Out of all Starbucks experiences this is the worst for sure. I will never come here again.

I always order drive-thru here through the app and rarely have issues with my orders. The baristas are chill here, but a special shout out to Luis at this location—he’s always kind and professional. He remembered my name and order even after a long gap between visits, and it honestly made my day. I’ll keep coming back here for my usual :)

Pulled thru drive thru order Carmel vente frap said it 3 times person taking my order couldn't understand I spoke slowly and clearly still no luck so I pulled out driveway and got my coffee somewhere else. Never have I had so much issue ordering coffee at Starbucks before will not return to this location again

There is something wrong with this location. Out of all of the Starbucks I have been to this one is the most inconsistent when it comes to service, quality, and the standard of Starbucks. At least twice a week they block off the drive-through entrance with either trash cans or Starbucks advertisement signs. The drinks are never made correctly to standard and they’re always missing items from your order. I really hope corporate takes a look into this location to see why it is being mismanaged. There’s no reason that a drive-through should be closed multiple times per week especially at a Starbucks completely unacceptable

I am not a difficult costumer and the drink is should be simple to fix. Its ok I should stop getting matcha here theres so much cafe to get a great matcha. And when i order my coffee i should order inside and makesure i get my 2 Affo showing on my drink. I will still get my coffee here definitely. Its sad experience ive been coming to Starbucks years years i dont know when I start.
In a rush to get my child to the bathroom and I informed the Starbucks employee that I would purchase something as soon as I could ensure my daughter didn’t have an accident in her pants. Sure enough I had to stand in line, purchase something and had my daughter pee her pants. Thanks to you and your team crystal. No human decency for a veteran holding a 4 week old and 2 small children. Just trying to have a nice day with my children. Y’all should work on a new system of profiling your clients.
Also no toilet paper. Do your job.

Fist of all I was not sure to remember an exactly The name of my drink that I want to order. so I gave the detail like “a cookie clumble Frappuccino . The fist person was tried to helping me and the she have other person to helpl. And the second person gave me the name of the drink and it was a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and I said I want just chocolate and she was “Mocha is chocolates!!!” I was like wow! Haha! she was so rudeee and MEAN. she said you want chocolates cream? Without coffee?! I said yes pleas and she said 6.45 at the window (still with an attitude) I said thank you. And dive a ways
So if you hate you job just quit don’t give other people bad service and attitude it’s your job to provide a good service for the customer.

Just stopped at this location to buy potato chive bake with pumpkin spice latte. It was drive thru order. Drink was barely warm, potato chive bake was completely cold like just took it out of fridge. I don’t have time to go back but never coming back to this location.
