The older lady working on the night of December 15th was extremely rude. I was simply waiting for my friend to use the restroom, and she wouldn’t even wait a moment before telling me to leave.

I stood 2nd in line for 10 minutes. Everybody was focusing on making drinks as quickly as they could, but there were zero people helping at the register. I ended up going through the drive-through, but that was another 10 minutes of waiting when there were only four cars in line. The people seem nice enough. The coffee tasted good. You’re closing other Starbucks locations move the employees to the stores that need it

I always have a great experience at Starbucks! The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff are super friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing — perfect for work or a quick break. I would give this store a negative 5 stars. I Understand that their policies have change, but if you see me in uniform and told you I've bought a coffee at another store, I would think that you would have a bit more compassion in letting me use the restroom. I work as a bus driver for OCTA and we have limited accessibility to a restroom. To the employee that had attitude shame on you and to the Manager Caitie shame on you as well! But I understand that you have no compassion cause your attitude said it all!

It's the 2nd time I go into this location and they keep doing something wrong with my drinks. Once I go back to let them know they're very rude about it when it's clearly their mistake and not mine. I'm not planning to go back there anymore.

Very rude store manger. Caitie Rear was extremely rude when me and my father and my aunt were trying to fix my drink which was three fourths full of ice. While the other fourth was pearls and the drink. At first in a polite way me and my dad talked to her about the problem and she was very rude and laughed at us. She then started talking sassy and would not be nice at all. She then cut off my dad while he was speaking and said that if we wanted to complain we could and she threw her card in our faces. My father then got very mad and walked back to the table we were sitting at. Then my aunt took my sisters drink which was the same exact thing just with lemonade to them with my drink. Another worker got involved and said that my sister had asked for light ice. When she heard that we got her receipt which had said she just ordered the drink and nothing extra and went to them. When I tried speaking to Caitie to slice the problem very easily she completely ignored me and talked to us as though we knew nothing and were a few dumb people who can’t do anything. She even took a big scooper and put ice in a venti cu so she could have “proved” that she was right. Out of all Starbucks experiences this is the worst for sure. I will never come here again.

I always order drive-thru here through the app and rarely have issues with my orders. The baristas are chill here, but a special shout out to Luis at this location—he’s always kind and professional. He remembered my name and order even after a long gap between visits, and it honestly made my day. I’ll keep coming back here for my usual :)

Pulled thru drive thru order Carmel vente frap said it 3 times person taking my order couldn't understand I spoke slowly and clearly still no luck so I pulled out driveway and got my coffee somewhere else. Never have I had so much issue ordering coffee at Starbucks before will not return to this location again

There is something wrong with this location. Out of all of the Starbucks I have been to this one is the most inconsistent when it comes to service, quality, and the standard of Starbucks. At least twice a week they block off the drive-through entrance with either trash cans or Starbucks advertisement signs. The drinks are never made correctly to standard and they’re always missing items from your order. I really hope corporate takes a look into this location to see why it is being mismanaged. There’s no reason that a drive-through should be closed multiple times per week especially at a Starbucks completely unacceptable
