Plenty of free parking available—both in the lot and on the street. Super convenient for late night or overnight stops. The area feels safe and well-lit, and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great spot for travelers needing a comfortable place to rest or grab coffee anytime!

Hi, I visited this location on September 24 around 7:33am and had a disappointing experience. The barista named Michelle got my order wrong, and instead of correcting it politely, she blamed me for the mistake. I was respectful, but her attitude was unprofessional and rude. I hope this can be addressed, as it really affected my experience.

I’m disappointed ☹️ I usually get my white chocolate mocha from here, and obviously I know the taste. Today, I went to get my coffee and taste everything except coffee 😒 the taste is milk with sugar but no coffee.. it’s too expensive to just go to the garbage.

The store is placed up for sale but I still wanted to leave my review, I wanted a cup of ice they keep changing the ice policy so I can't get ice and a lot of Starbucks here in Westminster or certain places in California, I can't get too upset because the story is placed up for sale. I love the employees that she here in Westminster have an infection in the mouth that's another reason for the for sale all over

Hey so I left a 4 star review before and now leaving one. This is my favorite locatation as it takes a little over 5 minutes to drive. I have never had an issue with this location until this one Hispanic girl with black glasses would have to make my drinks. First time I ordered for pick up she couldn't understand my name and looked confused then insisted I never ordered a drink with them and tried to convince me that I made a mistake. She wasn't going to help so I showed her my order and she says "oh." It was a plain hot coffee with sweet cream. Well for some reason it was just on a counter next to the expresso machine side forgotten. Fine. During other days no problems with any of our orders made by other workers Today husband and I both ordered on mobile separately. Well they didn't make my drink again and it was the same girl. It wasn't busy just like the visit before otherwise I understand. Another professional worker took my name after noticing we were waiting 12 minutes while they helped a couple after us. The rude worker started to make my forgotten drink, a pecan latte.She refuses to make eye contact or say anything like my name or that they made it, and leaves the coffee on the counter. She wouldn't give us a chance to ask for a straw or water. We left for me to notice her staring at me driving away. Husband said the situation was "odd." I don't need special treatment, I want my coffee and not treated like a nuisance for whatever reason. Husbands coffee tasted old and was cold without the sugar he requested, my drink didn't come with the topping I ordered. I feel discriminated and upset, so my family and I won't come back.
