This Starbucks offers an outdoor walk-up window and drive-thru. The people are professional and cheerful. I usually order a Venti dark roast with 1 cream/1 sugar inside and am always inspired to offer a 5-spot and have them keep the change. A very well-run customer service operation at this location.

Went thru the drive thru. Few cars but service was slow. Ordered a pink drink and butter croissant and BOTH were terrible. The pink drink was the worst I have had at any Starbucks. The croissant tasted like it had been sitting around for weeks -- tasteless and dried up. I don't recommend this particular Starbucks.

A small Starbucks location geared towards drive-thru and mole orders with a nice outdoor area with benches to enjoy your coffee.
The window pickup also serves as a regular order window. During our visit our mobile order pickup took a while as we were waiting behind patrons who were just putting in their order.
Restrooms are available however you need a code from the staff members.
The outdoor eating area look rather clean during our visit. Plenty of shade.
Overall Starbucks taste as you would expect with a service that's rather slow. It is not really a mobile order only location.

Unfortunately they don’t often prepare drinks consistently. They will prepare it over but again it will be the on the far other end of what you asked for. Then, they are irritated about remaking the drink. As if the customer isn’t paying too money for not the top quality product on top of tipping them. I don’t recommend this location.

Denise is completely incompetent. She has no respect or regard for her baristas and she clearly has no idea how to handle proper customer service. My husband and I come here often and we have never been treated as badly and as rudely as with Denise. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! Disgusting customer service skills. The baristas were perfect.

Stopped by for ice and was no longer allowed to provide ice. Long term Starbucks customer used to coming for ice on occasion. I said, but you can provide the ice and Mykala said I refuse to provide you service. She eventually relented to my husband but crazy. I will be deleting my app and stop going to Starbucks. Their revamp and cost cutting will fail without customer service.

Starbucks at Goldenwest and McFadden! This is the BEST Starbucks in So Cal and it is because they have the absolute best Team Members. The Amazing, Awesome team here makes it worth the visit each and every time !
I know Starbucks has a policy of not filling to the brim but this is excessive no? Barely a tall in a grande cup. I'm not confrontational enough to go back right now but ugh

Not sure about how the "atmosphere" is since I've only picked up coffee via the drive-thru. One of these days I plan on sitting down with my laptop ? to see how the "vibe" is. I'm normally more comfortable chilling at the library or at home. Regarding the service, Starbucks never fails to deliver great service. I've never had a bad encounter with any of the associates working there. All are friendly and quick to deliver orders. Lines aren't as long as In and Out or other venues. Every Starbucks is a "hit or miss" but this particular location is one of the few that I've never seem to encounter issues with. :)
