Terrible customer service. Was our little guys 13th birthday so he signed up for the app now that he’s old enough to do so and was excited to get his first birthday drink after being an already loyal Starbucks client. The app didn’t report the birthday drink so this location denied him, 13 years old, on his birthday, wow! You guys could have made him the drink.
