If this is the location off Westminister Ave + Springdale, very nice interior design and modern comfortable furniture. Other locations should take notice. This location had leather sofa, chairs, rug, tables, and very cozy.

Took 25 minutes for a heated up sandwich and a drink. Only to get the drink wrong. They also take longer to prepare mobile orders versus just ordering in. Their faux customer service treatment does nothing without quick food service. The person working there in the morning is the only worth while employee.

Hard to find an exceptional Starbucks as the ubiquitous chain is more or less the same, with neighborhood variations. I know the chain has this big effort going on to have baristas write cheerful messages on your cups, and we did get an enjoy, but the sparkle and shine of Mariam, our barista, was well off the charts from any corporate training. A beautiful warm smile with eye contact and sincerity... A rare find in a standard quick serve. Starbucks, she's a model for where you need to go. She should do the training, or I suspect she's just a natural, and that sadly is hard to teplicate. Good iced coffee and a really good grilled cheese. A surprisingly nice experience where expectations are pretty low.

The shaken espresso was only filled up to the smiley face and it was all ice. I take forever to finish my drink and after 3 sips it was gone and the ice hasn't melted.

The coffee you serve here was extremely hot. The hottest paper cup I have ever had in my hands. Way too hot to be served to anyone*** even with the jacket on. The Verona was extremely Sour. Was not drinkable- had to be taken home and Diluted. I asked one question. What is the price of your Komodo Dragon. And nobody knew. It was such an inconvenience to her, that is something I think Everyone here should know without scanning or looking at their phone. Friendly but bizarre experience. I am still clinging to how Starbucks used to be. This location is too in & out for me. Starbucks used to be comfy and cozy you were transported to another place. Post Covid it lost its charm. Now it’s just an overpriced popsicle stand.

Amazing service. The ladies there are super nice they answer all my questions explain a lot of the coffees to me and I even got to try a new drink of dragon fruit with lemonade I loved it. I recommend this location parking is limited but there's an extra parking behind.
