I'm am very disappointed and upset with the way in which you store management treated me as a customer. Mariana (manager) is very rude, very impatient, does not listen to the customer and I just can't believe you have this type of person representing your business. She has horrible customer services skills. Her personality is horrible also. When I asked for the cooperate/customer relations phone number, she didn't want to provide the number to me and stated that if I complain, don't come back. Are you serious! Is this how you train your management team on how to talk to customers . I'm surprised that your location is still in business. Well, you have definitely lost me as a customer, as well as my family and friends.

if i could give this place zero starts i would. worst ducking experience ive ever had in a subways. lady was rude; told me i couldn't use a coupon. she said she was the manager, bur she looked way too silly to be a manger. extremely unwelcoming and overall horrible service. would not want to step foot in this establishment ever again.

I wonder if the GM of this particular subway knows that their employees put a "out of order" sign on the restrooms everyday so that no one can use the bathroom. Not even for paying customers and that is horrible...

Finding out that subway will no longer carry the infamous chicken breast any more. The only reason why I'd go to subway. The other meats just don't cut it. Either to bland stale or salty. No other way to justify I will be a returning customer unless they bring it back

The other staff from before were good but theses ladies didn't want to give me anymore toppings. Btw they only gave me a sprinkle and they said they refuse service and they have the rights to do so. The older lady was rude they were also yelling. Cops were called. The person I was with recorded the incident.
They didn’t have anything , there promoting things they don’t have available. The worker didn’t even have a mask on only a shield . Quiet disappointing!

Subway is subway but the employee was so rude. While my friend was ordering we were given dirty looks the whole time and it seemed as if he did not want to take our order. Started raising his voice and rushing us to order. Didn't even bother to ask if we wanted our subs toasted Management needs to do a better job in training employees. Don't get me wrong, the food is good but we did not feel welcomed at all.
