When they told me it was prepped by love, I remembered them from another event that I had the same reaction with different food offering. No matter what they make, it taste and looks great. She was so sweet and accommodating over the phone and she even double checked to make sure I had the right directions on how to get there. Her thoroughness was very much appreciated! I really loved all the attention to detail and the care they provide to their customers. Katie made it an unforgettable experience for sure! I ordered a large tray of egg rolls and they were so fresh and delicious!!! I usually dip mine in sauce, but these ones were so delicious…I didn’t even need sauce and we ate them all up !!! And you really cannot beat their prices.!! They really pack them down with meat and are not stingy at all!!! I definitely found my new place to get food for catering events!!! Also their pork buns were so yummy! I can’t wait to try all of their other items 😋“

“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“
