It's now called Essence. The food is amazing, their bun bo hue is to die for. Their rice dishes are tasty and the flavors of their food are on point. It's definitely a great place for lunch and dinner. Try their porridge, It's to die for. Their pho is delicious and real authentic. The menu has good variety without having 500 items, which means they're consistent. The interior is a nice open floor plan utilizing the space as best they can.
The beef noodle soup is delicious! But still give 5 stars to hope for improvement next time!The noodle soup my sister ordered was okay, I can't eat it so I don't know.Post pictures for everyone to see.
