This is the 2nd time we have problems with their careless customer service. The first time was scale of less than 2 lbs of sausage, Today we bought 3 lbs of beef x $21/lb without giving us any sauce or anything to eat with, just only beef. It’s so ridiculous as we live very far away from San Diego, we can not come back to get what they missed giving us. If we want to buy beef only, it’s better to buy in Costco for less than half price. My son didn’t know they missed things in there as he trusted them by not checking the bag inside. I am very mad for their very careless customer service so badly, they need to be educated more. Please stop missing things when you sell to customers especially for very far away from your store.

Nem chua has good seasoning, but the pork skin is mixed a lot and unevenly. 10 rolls of spring rolls, 2 spring rolls are all made of pork skin
Make sure you understand Vietnamese. Lolz they just speak Vietnamese to you.

I was buying a lottery tickets for $1 but it came out to $20 even tho I picked $1 not $20 and she will not take it back or change it. She was blaming us not her and yelling at us that it was not her fault very bad customer service such a scam SMH don’t recommend
