I ordered a med sweet peach oolong milk tea and it was a bit sweeter than my liking. I was a bit afraid to ask them for a remake, but the kind staff was able to adjust the sweetness to my taste. 10/10 drink, would come back for customer services!

The food portions here are DIABOLICALLY SMALL. I brought it up nicely to one of the staffs and they just say that’s their regular portion. I’ve been going to this location for 4+ years and portions keep getting smaller and smaller I swear. Don’t order snacks from here anymore. They’re too overpriced and keep skimming on the portion year after year.

Took 5 awkward minutes for them take my order despite no one in line and only 2 other customers… SO MUCH FOR 10 WORKERS?? They also gave me the wrong size cup and after I told them they just poured the drink into the bigger size AND ADDED MORE ICE. Also lost my boba in that smaller cup… NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN 😭😭

Tastea boba is one of the worst out of the competition. Their only supposed saving grace is their popcorn chicken. The food from this store is absolutely horrendous. Their chicken is beyond overpriced and they give less food compared to other tastea's. They barely give you the portion you payed for.
