Also, love the box of bird nest beauty face masks that comes as gift with the purchase (keep for myself ). And oh, their customer service is exceptionally great and fast shipping ? Jonathan helped me shipped it out as soon as possible upon request due to my last-minute purchase around the holidays. Made it on time. I really appreciate it ?. I bought a 50gr of bird nest (about 5 nests) but when I went home I weight that it's only 43gr not 50gr like they said and only 1 nest weight 10gr the others are only 8-9gr

I live in Nebraska. I used to order Ten Le Yen for my mom every 6 months about 500grams each time. They have good products but the price is a little higher then other places. So one day my mom said she wanted call to Ten Le and order by herself. I don’t know what they said to my mom but she said Ten Le was rude and didn’t want to talk to her... i went to another site since.

We are always very satisfied with the purchase and quality of their products….very quick and helpful... They answer and explain every single question I have. I was shock that so many negative reviews appear here, which is so silly that people are so demanded, they want to buy the products as the price they want, and whichever way they like and when their demands are not met, they get mad. The company has its own policy, and some customer are trying to make their own rules and asking the store to follow their request. Those people they should open their own store and manage their own policy instead of going around and take advantage from the business. Reading all, I noted people always complain about the price, but you get what you pay. We can tell the differences right away between high quality and low-quality products. Why people complain but keep coming to Ten Lei Yen to shop? Because they know Ten Lei Yen has high quality products. People left the negative reviews are who want to buy high quality products but want to pay in the cheapest price!!!! How??? There are tons of store around, and we all have the right to shop anywhere we want, and whichever store that fit our spending limit… I see that Ten Lei Yen has promotions run all the time, if you want to save money, keep tract the promotion, be a smart shopper, not a fussy shopper.

When I visited Asia this past year I had the opportunity to try bird's nest soup. I didn't know what to expect but I really enjoyed it. After my trip to Asia I was actually craving some more. A friend of mine referred me to Ten Lei Yen and the people there were very knowledgeable of the product. Definitely learned a lot about the quality and the pricing was very fair. Definitely will be back for more bird's nest.

It was late afternoon on Feb 24 when I came to Ten Lei Yen. The owner was very nice and friendly as she has been. It wasn't my first time there. Some of you mentioned this place is pricier than other places but "you got what you paid for." or "tien nao cua nay"

Ten Lei have rude and bad customer service that makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't think that they want to sell their products, raised voice on customer like she does not care if you buy it or not.Bird nest is an expensive product its not something that you buy it everyday.They have to think:$370 for 100 grams. A normal person only makes $8-$9/hr.Average you have to work 40/hrs to get 100 grams of Bird Nest.For someone $ is not an issue but to someone it is.I would NOT recommend people to go here.Sometime price is not an issue but the attitude is an issue.I didn't say the product is not quality. I just want everyone to knowYou got $ you can go somewhere to spend that make you comfortable.I didn't know the person who received me was an employee of Ten Lei Yenor is the owner Ten Lei Yen or not.Just feel humiliated when going to the shop to ask briefly about the price to buy for a friend. I just said I'll go pick up my kids and I'll come back.... until I came back to take out my card to buy $880 for 250grams of oats, the seller showed disdain.... buy it or not...... I don't know if I know how the word customer service is written, but the buyer has the right to understand and know about the item he buys. Whether to buy or not depends on each person's pocket.Normal salary $8-$9/hour. Must work 40/hour to buy 100g oats $370. Here I am not talking about whether Yen is expensive or cheap or about quality, but the way to treat customers, I only give 1 point out of 10.It's up to the individual to buy it or not.
