My family and I have been purchasing product from Ten Lei Yen for several years now, and never have any problem. We are always very satisfied with the purchase and quality of their products….very quick and helpful... They answer and explain every single question I have. I was shock that so many negative reviews appear here, which is so silly that people are so demanded, they want to buy the products as the price they want, and whichever way they like and when their demands are...
When I visited Asia this past year I had the opportunity to try bird's nest soup. I didn't know what to expect but I really enjoyed it. After my trip to Asia I was actually craving some more. A friend of mine referred me to Ten Lei Yen and the people there were very knowledgeable of the product. Definitely learned a lot about the quality and the pricing was very fair. Definitely will be back for more bird's nest.
