This is your definite GO TO for authentic Vietnamese desserts, hands down! I ordered the Chè Ba Màu, Chè Thái, Bánh bèo, Bánh
Cam, Bánh bao, and a mung bean jello dessert.
Whether savory or sweet, this restaurant has it. Parking is horrific and the lines are long, but patience is key if you want some of these sweets. Bring CASH only and brush up on your Vietnamese language. Also, you have to be a bit aggressive when ordering. Wave your hand when it’s your turn or else they will miss you and go to the next person. Overall, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Che.

Extremely low standards for working conditions. The poor employees had to work in a no air conditioning small room in above 90 degrees weather outside. I bought “khoai mì” and “bánh dầy đậu.” Both had to be thrown away because the coconut and the mung beans were spoiled as the result of being left out on the counter in such a HOT room

This is our frequent go to spot when we are in the area. my children loves the xoi man(sticky rice with chinese sausage shredded chicken). we buy a lot to bring home to San Diego. to warm it back up, flip it upside down on a plate and sprinkle a little water on it before you microwave. the water will bring it back to its natural sticky rice consistency that they love. I have been know to slice and lightly pan fried more chinese sausage for them but its good just the way it is

What happened to the taste that I once knew?? I stopped by and bought deserts after having tasted the likes at the older location on Westminster Blvd and was surprised to see how different these desert tasted now versus before! But then heard the old owner sold the store on Westminster Blvd. The family started the business on Westminster Blvd. Also heard the owner kept this location but I feel the taste is not the same so could this be true?? The way I feel about the taste as compared to how I knew it to be under the old owner's management I will not go back to buy from this location.
No seating with numerous dessert options. Just too sweet for my taste.
My favorite place to get a jelly drink and desserts.
Be prepared, no one speaks English there. So I guess it’s an authentic Vietnamese place. But you can still order by pointing to the food lol. Not sure if it’s a CASH ONLY store, but no one use card. Food is good, a bit too sweet for me.
Classic Vietnamese dessert place. A must visit if you are from out of town. Make sure to bring cash.
Delicious sweet soup, very crowded, reasonable price. Good

Long line, but disorganized and no direction on where to line up. We bought the green dessert with mung bean paste inside, instead of grabbing it from inside the glass showcase, the lady just grabbed one out of nowhere from the back. We tasted it and the mung bean filling tasted sour inside, we had to throw it away. They did this to us perhaps we don't speak Vietnamese.

Lots of authentic che choices, too many to choose in one visit.

The Bánh Tằm Khoai Mì was vibrant in color, but wasn’t too much of a fan of the texture
