I stopped by Target to pick up a few things and started getting hungry, so I decided to grab a quick bite. I'm so glad I did! Mimi restaurant inside Westminster Mall has a new owner who is very friendly prices are very affordable in the food is delicious. Since they open they have a complimentary Thai tea or water with the purchase of a plate.
