First I have to say we Love the Habit and is a go to for us. This location was the worst we have ever had and we've eaten off the catering truck. Had to order through a kiosk no number other than my cell. Had to wait foe a guy to get my drink cup after he looked at me 4 different times standing there. Food took 33minutes cheese wasn't melted ordered fries somehow didn't make it on order and the guy wanted to then argue I was grabbing the wrong order. Ended up late foe the event we drove down there for. Skip this location and there poor service.

An incredibly slow drive-thru, every time I come here. It's a slow Sunday afternoon, 2 cars ahead of me, and I've been waiting over 10 minutes with no movement. The first guy in line must be really annoyed, he's been here longer than me. And now there's 2 more cars behind me waiting. Now it's been 15 minutes. If I could get out of line, I would. Food is always good, friendly staff, but they don't seem to know what they're doing here.

Food is fresh and hot, made to order.Both the double charburger and the double burger with avocado served on grilled sourdough with cheese (unable to remember the name of the sandwich) I had it the other day and it was really good.
They have stepped up their game. The quality of food and customer service have improved a lot over the years.

Ever since this location has opened, their burgers have been too soggy. The other location on beach blvd, we've never had a bad burger. It just seems like this location is tan more like a fast food burger joint than a restaurant. The presentation of the burgers are not desirable, smashed like a carl's Jr or McDonald's burger.

Busy place today. I asked for a Santa Barbara with no tomatoes. It came out with tomatoes but I took it anyway and removed the tomatoes. It was the best burger I have had in awhile. I was sorry to see it gone.As I was leaving I found out they had made me another one for me to go. The kind lady behind the counter said, “we will always make it right for you.”Customer for life. Well done!
