This location is ran so poorly. The staff wears their masks half off their face and argues with customers. We went two to 2.5 weeks ago and witnessed a couple employees arguing with a customer about how he paid(he gave them a $20 and they swore he gave them a $10) and one employee was babbling on the phone to his friend laughing and having a good old time while making sandwiches. Who does that!?! 2 of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and they were out of a lot of toppings and their lettuce looked like it was wilted and turning brown. We contacted corporate and spoke to a super nice woman who apologized and took our info down. Shocker we never got a call but we called the store and were informed the owner is named Julee & the employee said good luck hearing from her. Welp...She sent my cousin the most disrespectful, grammatically incorrect and argumentative email we've ever seen. This woman has some serious audacity the way she speaks to customers. We never have been to this location but while driving home from a road trip we stopped in. We were a group of 4 and sadly she didn't care about our experience or that she will lose brand new customers.

Gotta love the #9 (try it with Italian dressing!) Hard working staff. The Italian and Turkey Avocado sandwiches are also good. Can get a little pricy.

Check the sandwiches you order for pickup. I ordered 4 of the new steak and cheese without certain items, no onions, peppers etc. I got 4 regular sandwiches. By the time I got home it would have been another 30 mins there and back. Skipper is the one who prepared them. I like TOGOS and will still order but I'm checking everything before I leave.

The food was really good. I recommend the Sante fe salad and the pretzel sandwiches. But they took probably 40 mins to take and make our order. Instead of getting our 4 sandwiches done, they took everyone else after us and made us wait. So they lose stars for slow service

Needed a quick bite while traveling and found a Togo’s. Staff was super nice and the restaurant was very clean. We love all of the size options for sandwiches and everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted.

Three Hispanics there today. One called me sir. I told him that I was a female they would've known if their head was lifted so they could see the people that are working with their head down. I used to like this location Pretty sure I won't come back because the person that called me a gentleman still called me a gentleman in their language they spoke Spanish not English which is also a downfall. Come on Togo's you can do better than this. Also train your employees to greet you when they come in to your establishment. They're too busy speaking Spanish and talking to each others which is rude. Did lunch here today 7/5/21 about 11 45am. Looked at the daily special and it was not the sandwich I was craving so I did the large Turkey and Cranberry. Mayo, tomato, onion, black pepper and a little lettuce was put on that white roll right in front of me to see. 20oz fountain drink and sandwich was $12.99 and a $1 tip and I was ready to dive in. Pros. Sandwich was fair size and quality for the price. Customer service was outstanding, one of the 2 guys working was a great communicator and the owner of this location is lucky to have such a solid employee. Place was clean. Sandwich made as quick as I could decide on what to have. Plenty of parking when I went, but with El T next door I bet it can get packed. Cons. Just one type of soup today, and not offering chili, so was a slight bummer as I was hoping to have chili, thought before it was always one of 2 offered daily.
Took my wife and daughter here on Saturday, June 26 around noon the staff were mildly rude and the sandwiches were sloppy. I go to the Togo's in Signal Hill because it's by my work - this HB branch is nowhere near the quality. Find another Togo's, this one sucked.

What do you say about TOGO's? It's a nice clean store and I really like their sandwich options. They have a 'sandwich of the day' option which will save you $1.00 on the regular size. They have 4 different breads you can choose, but I tend to go with the white. They also just launched some pretzel bun options. On this visit I went with the regular size (8") pastrami on white bread with an original baked Lay chip bag and regular size drink. I was stuffed and it was delicious. The total was $12.88 before tip. The staff was relatively fast and efficient, thanks Maggie. With all the various sandwich shops, TOGO's is in my top 3...
