The service is lovely and clean space. But I was disappointed in the avocado smoothie 😭
We went a month ago and it was the best I've had. I live in SD so we don't have a lot of places that make fresh smoothie with real avocados in them.
I went back last weekend and they seemed to have replaced the fresh avocado with a powder that leaves a really weird chemical aftertaste in your mouth. I was so sad I drove so far for this. 😓😓
Didn’t expect to love the chè here since I usually make my own — but wow, it’s so light, refreshing, and not too sweet! 💚 Amazing service too. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends & family along! 🌸✨JD
Nice and clean inside seating. Chè in shareable bowls. Kinda on the sweet side, we added more ice to water down.
I rode my bike from far and they don't have shaved ice
All the che hype! Great if you want a warm or cold dessert, bring your Viet parents or grandparents here- they'll love it
Super Tasty homemade Che 👍👍👍
We're not Vietnamese so our knowledge of what to get is limited to places we frequent like places that serve Pho and Banh Mi so they don't typically have fancy desserts like what they have here. We usually have small cups with coconut milk, tapioca, and other things like taro. They didn't seem to have that here or we couldn't explain what we wanted, wish I could speak Viet, maybe I should have used my phone's translation feature.
We had three desserts with flavored tofu and a pandan waffle. They were all good, we're not used to the rice cake like balls and would've really liked more coconut milk like other Viet desserts we've had but maybe that's not how these desserts are customarily served, we just don't know.
If you're not especially hungry keep in mind that the bowls are fairly big so sharing might be best.
We would come back, hopefully a little more educated on these kinds of desserts because the staff isn't going to be able to explain in detail if English is your first language.
I didn’t expect much walking in as there are plenty of desserts around the area. But I was surprised how good it was. I got a lot more dessert than I expected. It tasted great as well. You want great desserts for the money and not in a small cup like bobba then check this place out.
We went here after dinner, great place for Chè
Good Vietnamese coffee and 3 colour drink. Best is they have outside seating to enjoy.

Delicious food and great service attitude ❤️
We ordered some milk tea and it tasted like they mixed Vietnamese condensed milk and added some boba in to make it taste like milk tea. The atmosphere and service were great but overall for the milk tea and drinks there’s nothing special at the store. You have choices in OC and better try with other places.

This is a must try!!! Just tried their Vietnamese rice paper salad dish, also known as bánh tráng trộn, and it was AMAZINGG. The portions were very good for the price and the vivid flavors just complimented the dish perfectly. They had great customer service and I was very happy with the atmosphere. Will be visiting again for sure
