We're not Vietnamese so our knowledge of what to get is limited to places we frequent like places that serve Pho and Banh Mi so they don't typically have fancy desserts like what they have here. We usually have small cups with coconut milk, tapioca, and other things like taro. They didn't seem to have that here or we couldn't explain what we wanted, wish I could speak Viet, maybe I should have used my phone's translation feature.

We had three desserts with flavored tofu and a pandan waffle. They were all good, we're not used to the rice cake like balls and would've really liked more coconut milk like other Viet desserts we've had but maybe that's not how these desserts are customarily served, we just don't know.

If you're not especially hungry keep in mind that the bowls are fairly big so sharing might be best.
We would come back, hopefully a little more educated on these kinds of desserts because the staff isn't going to be able to explain in detail if English is your first language.

I didn’t expect much walking in as there are plenty of desserts around the area. But I was surprised how good it was. I got a lot more dessert than I expected. It tasted great as well. You want great desserts for the money and not in a small cup like bobba then check this place out.

We ordered some milk tea and it tasted like they mixed Vietnamese condensed milk and added some boba in to make it taste like milk tea. The atmosphere and service were great but overall for the milk tea and drinks there’s nothing special at the store. You have choices in OC and better try with other places.

This is a must try!!! Just tried their Vietnamese rice paper salad dish, also known as bánh tráng trộn, and it was AMAZINGG. The portions were very good for the price and the vivid flavors just complimented the dish perfectly. They had great customer service and I was very happy with the atmosphere. Will be visiting again for sure

Have you tried Che yet? Che is any traditional Vietnamese sweet drink, dessert soup or stew, or pudding. Since coming to Vietnam, I have been a big fan of sweet soup. To be honest, when I found this new Che store, I was a bit skeptical. I'm so glad I tried it!! I drank Vietnamese iced coffee without sugar or cream. Great taste! I also had Che with purple sweet potatoes with red beans. That's perfect! ? I will come back and want to try all the Che dishes at that restaurant. For those of you who have never tried Che before, it is not as sweet as some Asian sweets so don't worry. Trust me, you will enjoy the new experience.

Best Vietnamese chè dessert place in Little Saigon! I love the grapefruit chè, it was very tasty, refreshing, and unique. The grapefruit rinds in the chè surprisingly had a good taste to it. Portion size is pretty big and the price was good for that. I highly recommend this place for chè, this beats all the other places around the area!
