The fact that fresh is even associated with their name is quite comical. This place is anything but fresh. Their ingredients look like they were purchased from the frozen section in a a Walmart and heated in the microwave or maybe the airfryer. They charge way to much for such low quality food, these are the type of food places that need to go. If you want to offer cheap quality food don't charge high quality food prices.

Do not eat here. Customer service is horrible. The lady got my order wrong and refused to make it right or give a refund and it wasn't even eaten. It was for my pregnant daughter who doesn't eat chicken so I would have not ordered chicken tacos. Apparently she was the manager I spoke to and rude as heck. Mind you they have no 'no refund' policy posted. If you're going to run a business you need to at least have customer service and not be rude.

There was a girl with a horrible attitude. All I wanted was a refill and they always charged .40 cents. This girl charged me .80 cents and of course the manager wasn't there. It was just rude.

Young Guy working refused to exchange something they made wrong, because he took the order wrong. Even after his manager told him to via the phone. Then when we called to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager ?♀️ also threatened me by saying "he's not someone to mess with". As regulars we can't wait to go back to talk to the REAL manager

I had very low expectations coming into a mall for lunch, but had things to do and was stuck waiting here at lunch time so figured I'd try it. Tucked way in the back of the half vacant food court is an amazing little taco place. I expected mall tacos and I got food truck tacos with surprising flavor, no wonder they have survived the pandemic in this mostly desolate mall. Half the stores seem gone and yet the food court still has 8 options alive but who knows for how much longer. I will say anytime I find myself near here when I'm hungry I will definitely come back. The pastor crispy taco was amazing and the simple cheese enchilada I figured would be your normal cheap enchilada fare but the flavors were amazing. Even the rice and beans were better they must be using the good lard here! Step aside Wahoos this is my new favorite enchilada fast food place.

Gross! Not real authentic Mexican food , taste so far from it . A Lil bit of meat in burrito.... was cold too. Your better off going to a real Mexican restaurant. This has white ppl cooking the food not Mexicans ?????
