Love this place. Super yummy and fresh pretzels. Generally nice and helpful employees. Great place for a simple and delicious lunch. I always get the original pretzel with salt and butter and have never been disappointed. I also love that they have cherry Pepsi since I like to get half diet and half cherry Pepsi as my drink. Highly recommend if you're at the mall or in the area.

The cashier that is on the top space his name is Ethan , he was so rude! And he was in his phone, when i asked him a simple question he didn't even look at me or acknowledge me.. He then answered "IDK "... You should go downstairs and ask them... Like are u kidding.. Horrible service... i went downstairs to the other Westzel pretzel location and the guy was so nice and Polite... Nothing Compared to the teenager upstairs..!!

literal soggy pretzels i wouldn't even go to the lengths of calling it a pretzel it was soggy bread drenched in butter i don't think it was even cooked. i am behind dissatisfied with the so called pretzels i received from a place that literally just serves pretzels. will not be eating at this location again.

I can't believe there are no reviews for Wetzel's Pretzels?! This place has stood the test of time in the Westminster Mall :) I remember it being in a different location inside the mall when I was a child (born & raised Westminster girl) & I used to work at the mall as a teen. I recall it once being upstairs to my recollection. Where it's located now is downstairs (1st floor) across from Victoria's Secret. Let me just say I absolutely love this place, how ever I did not order from here last night. I treated my mother to a craving of her favorite (jalapeño pepperoni pretzel) I did end up getting a pretzel too however I was in the mood for the cinnamon pretzel from Auntie Anne's. (Both great pretzel spots) I am definitely no stranger to Wetzel's. I love their pretzel bites with a side of dipping cheese. The lemonade from here is also super delicious, better than Auntie Anne's in my opinion. 5/5 for sure. The young gentleman that assisted us was very attentive & friendly I wish we would've gotten his name, next time.
Be careful with this place! They using forcing you to buy techniques. I was just wanted to get the pizza bitez but the girl sold to me said that it only comes with meal so I was like whatever. Then when I pick up my food checking my receipt they also charged me $1.69 for the dipping sauce which I never asked for. So I asked her she told me it comes with the meal. This place is such bs. Maybe they need money to pay for rent that's why they forcing you to buy stuffs that you don't need. Ao my pizza bites came out to be over $15 such a ripped off

I refuse to spend money at a place that the employees lack manners.I acknowledged line was extremely long so I decided to respond to a text message. Customers in front of me were still retrieving their food and putting away money. Once the customers walked away from counter (Me keeping 6ft distance), I began walking towards counter and actually looked at cashier to catch her in action rudely waving her arm and rolling her eyes, signaling for me to look up at her. Obviously she thought I was not paying attention and was doing this for the crowd- as if to say it is my fault why the line is so long? What she doesn't know is, I was paying attention and just decided to walk up to counter AFTER the previous customers actually walked away. Now if you thought I was not paying attention, SPEAK! Use customer service skills, not rude signaling. I seen her do that and looked at her miserable face as she asked me what I want. I simply walked away and told her I wanted nothing. I went upstairs and purchased from another pretzel shop which was actually quite pleasant and welcoming! Thanks Auntie Anne's! Auntie Anne's Pretzels and dips were great as well.
