Bad experience, bad service. We reveived our order to go when we were there to dine in. Mind you we got there at 4:37pm never did the cashier mention they were closing at 5p until they gave us the order and told us we could not eat in there because they were closing in 6min. I aaked if we can eat while the other 3 people in there waited for their orders. Lupe said no because she couldnt count her money while we are in there. Like what about the other people in there waiting for food if anything they would be the ones staring at you not us we would be busy eating. Will never go back.

Half the boneless wings had no sauce. This is the 2nd time I went to this location in the past month and both times the employee helping me was SO HIGH that another employee had to step in and take her place. The owner and managers obviously don’t hold their employees accountable.

Ordered online and site said it would take 30 minutes per online. Came in and they said it would take about an hour and a half. No apologies or anything. Just if I would like a refund it would take 3 to 5 business days. Horrible, state that on your website next time.

The excuse the lady from the togo gave me was that i had to order them extra wet and that they couldn't put extra sauce for the mango haberno, only for the hickory bqq wings. Let me tell you that those mango haberno wings had barely any flavor. The only kind lady was the one on register other than that, i would say bad service.

Overall Wingstop is always good to eat at but sometimes it is lacking the sauce or the chickens too oily to hold the sauce on the wings but still it’s always good food
