If possible, please replace the current cashier or re-train her to improve customers service. I have been at this bakery since day one and all the cashiers before were nice and friendly, not this current one. We are there to purchase the food, not beggars. Please don't show that unfriendly face to us and treat us like we are begging for food. I believe I am not the only person who feel that way.

The Bahn mi sandwiches were on point and the roast pork was awesome $15 a lb kinda pricey but not horrible, only semi complaint or critic was the 3% charge for using a charge card but the way around that is cash talks or use card expecting a 3% more. Now I’ve read other reviews on this location and from what I’ve been able to summize is the food never is the issue they probably had a unhappy employee or not trained employee ur I never encountered them so my review is based on food experience 👍and interaction with the counter person at the time which was good. Please just go get food and not pack the place the other 2 locations were crowded and wait was 10-15 mins this was 5 mins and ☺️👍

Food is ok, the Bao receipe must have changed in the few years because it tastes different. The service not so great. Drive through speaker is a joke. The lady take the order is rude and not welcoming what so ever. Does not give people time to look over the menu. Very rude.
This location at Westminster and Newland. I have bought the food here many times. I like some foods here. I like the previous cashier (She is the skinny lady) since it was opened. But the cashier right now I really don't like her. She is very rude. Her face look like she's usually angry. The way her talking is not professional. While she was talking with me for selling the food, she was personally talking with someone else on the phone. Her eyes stare at me when I confuse something and ask her. She answer as she does not want to answer. Finally, she is not good at customer service. I like the food but I don't like cashier. I think I will go the other Yummy.

I love their special dish Nem nuong Hanoi, which is grilled pork vermicelli! Been there several times! I recommend it to all my friends! For what I hear, this place is permanently closed!! I’m crushed!???

Avg food. Cashier is rude and angry at life. She was snarky with me when I mistook her saying one Box as one Bao so she rung me up an entire box. I said, "oh no I thought you said bao, not box". She then gave me this rude look so I had to sternly and politely put this lady in her place.
Never going back. Ownership needs to train this lady as looking at the comments, I'm not the only one who notices...
