Smallest one among their store. Parking can be tough since there is just a handful of it within but you can park at the Asian mall and walk over. Staff is nice and friendly, order was a breeze and fast turnaround. They do have everything like their sibling stores. Was here early in the morning to get some bánh mì and coffee but they didn’t have the coffee quite ready yet so just the sandwich. The bread does look appealing but tasty and the filling is good. The store is clean but clusters with a lot of goodies. Overall not bad at all.

My total was only $64. There was a long line and you must pay cash. I ordered #1,2,3,4. The lady charged me $75. I live out of state and so there’s nothing I could do. But apparently I am now told these people rip customers off all the time. So beware when you pay. Also I was short 1 bun. So I overpaid and got shortened. So annoyed.

Our family are from NorCal and stopped by to buy 7 boxes of banh bao. They put only 7 in stead of 9 on the last box at the bottom to try to scam us.

I will give them zero star if I could. The manager lady is extremely rude. She talk bad about the customers in Vietnamese and thought they did not understand or did not hear what she said. Bring your money somewhere else unless you want to make them rich and be called “điên” or crazy.

Best Banh Bao in California!!!! Until i find a better place ...this is my go to anytime I am in SoCal..heck...i buy frozen ones shipped up to NorCal.....I have tried another locations even one that came from the Southern states..no contest. Their Banh Bo is also TOP NOTCH as well!!!!

Oct 10, 2025 1145am. There was a painting going on at the parking. We wanted to go to Yummy Bao but figuring out how to get there cause the parking is secured. This stupid security uses his horn at us and telling us “Do not Cross”. I yelled at him and said “We are not crossing, we’re not idiots.”
We walked around to get to the Yummy Bao and this arrogant security guy walked infront of us with a handcuffs showing his mightiness, hahaha. What a funny person!
Anyway, the baos are good. The dough is soft and heavy and the filling is tasty.
