Sunday 9/8/24, Lunch at Z Cafe in Westminster with my sister. First time trying out this restaurant on my bucket list and glad we did. It is a fusion Vietnamese foods and drinks restaurant that also serves alcoholic beverages.
We ordered the sizzling steak & eggs with a baguette, shaken beef with rice and a side salad, fried chicken wings, and an egg-iced Vietnamese coffee. The foods are so delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection to medium as I like it; it is so tender and savory with the peppercorns sauce. It was my first time trying out the egg- iced Vietnamese coffee and it was surprisingly smooth & strong coffee which quenched my thrist and wake me up at the same time. This has become my default iced drink. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.
Regina, restaurant manager, was friendly and hospitable. She serviced us with a bright smile and strike a pose for a photo with me.
The restaurant will be opening for night life with finger foods, drinks of all types including alcohol, lights and music on their outdoor patio coming soon in mid September 2024. So if you are interested in enjoying foods and drinks and having a fun time, go to the restaurant to experience it. Regina has invited my sister and I back to try the night life experience at the restaurant. Thank you Regina. We will be there.

We came here for brunch and did not regret it! The food was amazing with great everything. The bot chien was some of the best I’ve had. We came in around 10am with no wait and the staff was attentive. Would definitely go back, especially for the bot chien.

Excellent service and the food was so good omg ?. Let's me tell you this is the best Bo Ne i've ever had, it wasn't pricey at all since the portions was huge! Nice tasty & thick sizzling beef with sour&sweet salad ?.Nui xao bo was savory and well cooked. Dim sum was good too. Don't forget to get some sugarcane juice too ?

Excellent customer service. We had a party of 9 peopl and the owner and her staff were able to seat us together even though the place was busy. My favorite is their steak with mushroom sauce. I also love their avocado and coconut ice cream, sugarcane and kumquat. Everyone in our group was happy with their order. Strongly recommended. Will come back for sure.
This place is a hang out for heavy smokers crowd, talking noisily, swearing, cursing. Food is mediocre at best.Hard to find a parking spot. Avoid.

Loved the bò né and bột chiên here. The bò né is a lot more elaborate than the ones I remember in Vietnam. However, still delicious. Very generous portion.
