Bought a large cup of Cappuccino and all foam, only less than a 1/3c is coffee. Brought it back and told the male service worker but he said that’s what the served! I wonder how much coffee in a small cup! RiP OFF service! Never again!

I asked for my stale cinnamon roll to be heated up…She stuck it under a heat lamp for 20 seconds…It was slightly warm on top and cold/stale in the middle…3/4 times Chilli was room temp and has literally no flavor

I use my comp to buy food here. Service is usually quick and friendly. The chicken wraps are delicious. The sandwiches are sometimes super dry or hardly any lettuce. But it is recommended if you're looking for a quick bite. The carrot cake is also very DELICIOUS every singe time I get it.

So disappointed in this I'm sick.the one fact that it is not in Sacramento leads me to not believe what they say and I did have a few incidents and problems with them.so last time I came here it was because of mailers we received, and were told we aren't in the computer and then a really rude man asked us to get out of line so hard can check our cards which I already did.and he wasted all that time so he was able to tell us we just missed the deal.although we had been there for hours. Wow. And we had such a great time...just kidding gave me headache and made us argue.now jump ahead 2 most.we are there again and started with all kinds of crap. We had called to get info about hotel room they were saying was free. We're told we need id and CC card. We even asked if we can use prepaid card and was told ok. After long trip got here and went early and told no we can't use card and at that point I'm ready to go but my friend says she wants to try.we already lost our money and now no room and I was outraged to be playing machine with last money and it gives me a free buffet ticket.almost got excited but looked at it carefully and sure enough it say if u sign up for card. Well I got one already so why give me this.im signed in on game so I'm known. Still it gives me this. As this was happening. I had ordered a soda half hour before and saw lady getting 2 nd drink from waitress so I ask if she had soda but she didn't. Guess it's better to bring own.all in all if I was able I give minus 5 stars and hope I never go back. Worst casino visit ever and I go a lot.they also has free tournament and I played and it said , 3 Rd place when I was done but I ask at desk and they said we get notified at noon. So as we were waiting nobody says anything.wow so if I did win it's past time to get now.and also the coming from Sacramento took 60 minutes so a lot wasted time gas and depression.i sure wish I had never heard of them .maybe u have better luck. Oh speaking of luck money is gone faster than any casino in the world.both times and first one was worse because we spent our last bit and then got nothing. That was the cash offer mailed to us. They were on cards and on back it said simply swipe our players cards and it loads it so we didn't bring mailers and of course the rude man also said if we had these he may figure out why we not in computer.i can understand mistakes but not trying to fix it is bad.and the dude said well it's too late now.but I guess our fault for not complaining sooner. Although there was a real long line and we had money still.......until after that we promptly lost the rest. The opposite of fun for sure.worst vacation ever...

Seriously, you won’t win here and they screw you on the no bonus play when you sign up....I came at night and I don’t live around here and I had a free lunch buffet that is due to expire in 7 days after getting it and I got lucky driving up this way...it’s only for LUNCH BUFFET and I came at night after the lunch period....and they wouldn’t accommodate my lack of ability to come back before 7 days. I can’t stand this place. They’re terrible. Don’t come here. I promise you will be disappointed.

My sisters, niece, daughter & I visited the new Hard Rock Casino/Hotel in Sacramento. It was very spacious and has modern slot machines, table games , and restaurants. We were so impressed we have booked it for the weekend of my birthday.
