Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

Dry aged meat is delicious. Cheesecake is t. Service is wonderful. Prices are very reasonable.

The service and food was excellent. Nate and Maria were awesome. The dry aged Waygu rib eye was delicious. All of the sides were tasty as well. Our only issue was our table - in the future I will request a booth when I make the reservation and call to make certain we will be seated at a booth. The table we were seated was in the middle-back of the restaurant. This did not provide the ambiance we were looking for during our dinner. Again, Service and Food - excellent; Ambiance- Depends on where you sit.

We really love the food at the Hard Rock stake house. Shelby is success a great server, she is always smiling and makes sure we have what we need. The staff are great about filling our drinks and making sure things are good.

Dinner was great. Only thing I sugguest is some minor change to the club member rules. I come here all the time but sometimes I enjoy eating inside the bar when I'm eating by myself. But, I was told the club rule is that I have to make a reservation and eat inside at a table. I was hoping yiu guys can change the rule to where outside does not count but the inside bar is ok count towards as a memebership visit.

3 people in our party ordered steak that were bland and not cooked as they requested. The manager took their steaks off of our bill. Also the sweet potato dish was not good which was also taken off our bill. The lobster tails and other sides were great.

Second time eating at this restaurant and we were very disappointed with the food this time. Steak was ordered medium and came out rare and barely cooked. The Sea Bass had a fishy smell and taste. The service was good as were the drinks from the bar. Will not go to this restaurant again.

We always enjoy dining at Council Osks. The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and efficient.

Jackie was the best sever. The food delicious the restaurant was beautiful. Can't wait to go back again.

What a wonderful surprise. Elegant surroundings yet comfortable. Superb service and the food was terrific. The wine list surprisingly good. All in all a great treat.

I feel the quality of the steaks has gone way down since about 6 months ago! I was also very disappointed with the service my table received!

Service and cocktails great, but food was less than average tonight- - ribeyes cooked perfect But - scallops overcooked / dry - shrimp in the seafood tower overcooked - au gratin super oily and not creamy throughout, just a cheese crust on top - seabass was too fishy tasting, and way too salty, sitting on a bed of something mushy - au poivre was terrible basically a cream gravy with pepper - Mac n cheese also a sour taste and not cheesy throughout - seafood tower was very good, aside from the shrimp -

Our server, Nick, was great. However, our food took an hour to come out and when it did my potatoes and my pork chop were both cold...he offered to have them heated up but by that time it was 15 minutes until the concert we were there for was supposed to start. The pork chop did have good flavor, my daughter's steak was great and the mac n cheese was good (and hot). Would be willing to give them another shot.

Steak was good side dishes were horrible asparagus and broccoli tasted like they were cooked on wood ashes tasted horrible mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes

Shelby was great. Meal had great pace. Food was delicious. Wine Wednesdays is an awesome deal.

My waiter Justin and Maria were excellent. They clearly own their jobs with great pride. The same can be said about the hostess. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
