We have never had a bad experience or meal while dining at Councils. If there was anyway we could double the Stars given for Service we absolutly would! Our server Callie was just perfection! She really put our Hard Rock epxerience right over the top! She was amazing!
The venue is nice, but the specials weren't initially mentioned. Two of the items we wanted, the pork chop & braised short rib were already sold out by 7pm. My prime rib special was a good deal, but the mash potato was luke warm, our side dishes were warmer, but not hot. Overall, it was good food, but they need to watch the temperature at which plates are being served. It was disappointing.
There have been changes, most not good. The meat was fantastic as usual. The salads are delicious, and huge. Bread was dry like it had been set out too long. The biggest disappointment was the mashed potatoes. They were always creamy, luscious and abundant. Now its a tiny scoop of dry unseasoned sadness. The service is great, just slow on concert nights. Dessert was the best yet, black forest cake, but needed cherries!
