The buffet was so tasty, we had a great time, and our waitress was very nice, and kept our drinks filled, can’t wait to eat here again.

Kid-friendliness: My kids loved all the food to choose from, and options to try new things.

My Family went to the Harvest Buffet on November 7th for the so called ADVERTISED Surf & Turf Snow Crab Buffet. Once we were seated we went to get the snow crab and to our disappointment it was replaced with cheap small looking rock crab which was awful. I spoke to the manager and she said they changed the menu, there was no mention of this when we paid, at this time my family had already started to eat, so I just let it go and just decided to stay and eat. All the food that night what awful and bad quality. Hard Rock continued to advertise Snow Crab for surf and turf on Thursdays for nearly 2 weeks after this and never changed their advertising on their website. Now they advertise it as Surf and Turf with crab not specifying what crab they will be serving. SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO TO THE BUFFET FOR SNOW CRAB, BEWARE YOU WILL END UP VERY DISAPPOINTED. We followed up and sent an email to [email protected] prior to leaving this review to give Hard Rock a chance to make it right and till this day we have had no reply. In all it was false advertising and they just don't care about their customer service or satisfaction.

I came here for my birthday dinner last night because I was expecting snow crab, not crap crab (rock crab). We came here for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, both on Thursdays. Yesterday's Surf and Turf sucked and my birthday was ruined. I can't believe I chose to have my birthday there instead of Red Hawk's AYCE crab buffet, which I just ate at last month. I don't know why I even traveled 45 minutes to Hard Rock just to be disappointed. Not even worth the drive.

I celebrated a birthday with friends and wish they had chosen a different buffet. We were quite disappointed. After visiting many casino buffets, I found this one to be lacking. The selection was limited compared to other options in the area, and the quality of the lobster and snow crab legs felt more like farm-raised than restaurant-grade.

Generic Chinese buffets have a bigger selection and better food. I’ve never seen a casino buffet this small. We’ve tried several of the area casinos for Thanksgiving in the past. Every one has exceeded expectations. Generally perplexed that Hard Rock would have a buffet like this. Waste of time and money.

To be clear, all the staff was great. Even the cooks made the food to the best of their ability. The issue is the quality of food. Legitimately all of the food is high school or college cafeteria quality.

Unfortunately, this is nothing like the buffets you’d find at casinos. When you’re spending thousands on the gaming floor, the best they can offer in return is a decent place to eat and unwind. The servers don’t even check up on you to refill drinks. The quality and taste of the EAYC crab legs are a complete letdown—Costco’s are way better.

The seafood buffet was disappointing. The crab legs were as thin as barbecue sticks, and the selection of meats, like roast beef, was limited. Worst, they even remove food 30 minutes before closing. Servers nowhere to be found after serving your drinks. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I'd recommend finding a better place to eat.

Not the best buffet in town. Lack of the variety of food but lobster save the day. Crab meat isn’t really fresh but snow crab is spot on.

Overpriced and downright awful. The food was so bad it had us all feeling queasy faster than you can say “refund.” The highlight of the meal? Chicken nuggets. Yes, **nuggets**—and trust me, that says a lot. We sampled a buffet of disappointment, and even the desserts let us down. To top it off, they wouldn’t refill the popular dishes, so we didn’t even get to try some of the less tragic options. Honestly, I’d argue for my money back if I hadn’t lost the will to live halfway through the meal.

I’ve been several times for the seafood buffets. This time, it was for the crab buffet and wow! They delivered on the legs over and over again. Plus, there were many other food options to choose from. However, I focused and made sure to enjoy what I was there for, which was the crab legs. I went with family and they enjoyed the crab legs too. I cannot wait to go back for another seafood buffet.
