Serving staff was rude, lines were long so waits were expected but we asked our server for the check several times because our ride was arriving and she continued to walk past us and serve other tables. The first time we understood prioritizing food service but after several attempts and minutes it felt rude and dismissive.
Good option if you want dinner before a concert. Food is good, service is great and drinks are excellent. They are very attentive to food allergies. Had two items off the seasonal menu. Harvest salad for Paula, very good loved all the bacon. Vinaigrette dressing was excellent. I had the Oktoberfest burger. It was ok patties were over done. Beer cheese sauce was great. The fries are excellent. Drinks are very good.
Really fast and friendly service. My burger was excellent. Perfect place to stop for a bite before heading out to the amphitheater for a concert.
Food was overpriced and not good. To be fair nachos were not good. Burger was good. Friend got shrimp and grits not good. So I recommend burger and fries. Nothing else.
Ordered the salmon it was overcooked and under seasoned. The Yukon gold mashed potatoes were dry and under seasoned. Also, we waited more than 30 minutes for our food

A hoppin' place in the middle of (almost) nowhere. Bit of an entrance & exit challenge while a ball game was going on nextdoor. Very helpful staff and GREAT concert by the Gipsy Kings.

The food is decent pub grub. Burgers and onion rings good. Service is good. Just wish they would have soup and change up their menu more often. We go often so it's good and reasonable.
Our server was fantastic - and that's the extent of anything good to say. Food (a burger and a chicken ceasar salad) took a long time and was no where near typical Hard Rock Cafe standards. Burger was way overcooked. They were “out” of the sauvignon blanc on the menu. Unbussed tables all around us made the place feel dirty. It's only 1 of 3 choices for food (other than the buffet) at this Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, so it almost seems like they think they don't have to have good food because of the captured audience. For the cost, we will skip going to this HRC ever again and plan to spend a bit more and visit the always good steakhouse.
The food was good as it felt like a traditional Hard Rock, but something was up with the service and we quickly realized this wasn't really a Hard rock. If you're a Hard Rock fan, collect your pin, but if you go to eat food at the cafe, expect poor service. Even the host/hostess stand was strange; there was a line of about 10 parties waiting to check in. A guest cut in front of the line and other guests informed the staff that the lady cut. They didn't care and proceeded to help her. Our server took our orders and brought out our food one entree at a time (there were 4 of us). It was just a weird experience. Would I return? No thank you.
