they took us right in and were able to accommodate a larger group then we had requested-so that was a major plus. the food was just average bar food. a few of us tried the specials -burger was good but cocktail tasted like cough medicine
Food is pricey but decent.
6/21/25 Saturday wonderful Hard Rock casino n inside very nice Hard Rock Cafe. Pricey but food was delicious. We will come again n try more menu items. Paid $68.
We got in right away with our reservation. The Drinks came quick, although my husbands drink was wrong ... We ordered the chicken Mac ‘n cheese and a burger the chicken was good but Mac just ok . The burger was way over cooked and fell apart. I asked for just the burger with out any sides and it came out with fries. As soon as our food was dropped so was the check, felt really rushed .The server was nice enough, but overall our experience could have been better .
Fajitas were a 9, filet was a 5. The filet was cooked properly for me at medium rare and was tender, but it had little “filet” flavor. We were there on a busy concert night, so service was a bit spotty, but our server was friendly and tried his best to keep up with his tables. I'm sure on a regular night, service would be great.
I love the Hard Rock Cafe's and this one is only about 90 min away.
I saw Sting here and had a great seat.
I always get awesome service when I stop to enjoy a burger.
And usually I leave with a little extra green in my pocket.
There's some good bartenders, but most of them are pretty bad. Don't ever try and call this place if you have issues, I'm guessing the management is pretty bad too.
Well, the ambience, music, decor and service was great and the drinks were tasty and inexpensive. But the good was meh, small portions and looked like it had been sitting, not fresh and warm
Our experience was very disjointed. We arrived about 5 minutes early and the hostess got rather flummoxed as she said the server whose table we were assigned to wasn't there yet. We ended up waiting almost 10 minutes so she could ask someone else what to do. The other hostess then apologized saying the other gal was new and we were seated. However, we were seated at a table that had a yellow sign in front of it as the floor was wet making it difficult to get in and out of the table. There was only a small amount of water on the floor and why they didn't just wipe it up we don't understand. However we eventually just wiped it up ourselves and folded the sign. Then the waiter came over and took our drink order. I ordered a vodka on the rocks. What I got was a large drink that was pink. I told the waiter it was not a vodka and he kinda argued with me saying that's what he told the bartender and that's what the bartender gave him. I took a sip, it was tequila and grapefruit. He continued to seem perplexed so I walked up to the bar with him and, jeez, seems, per the bartender, our waiter took the wrong order and I finally got my drink. We then ordered our and asked for a salad with just an Italian vinaigrette and were told they didn't;t have that dressing, So I asked for oil and vinegar and we were told they didn't have those either? Really. Food came, and one of the side sauces wasn't included so, wait again we did. The chicken tenders were decent as were the fries. We then asked for a hot fudge sundae. Unfortunately, the waiter never picked up our dinner plates, or glasses and we had to clean up the dishes ourselves and move our plates to the side so the dessert could be put on the table. Last, but not least, the sundae was the worst ever. No taste of chocolate though it was a chocolate brownie sundae. We won't be back again, or at least to this restaurant,
Great place. Friendly staff.

Overall it was great! Our waitress was awesome! One of us had the steak and eggs special and it was delicious. The steak was tender and juicy cooked perfect I ordered the Mediterranean Pita and it was not good at all. I returned it, because the pita was hard as a rock and I had to ask for sauce, but no tzatziki, so I used ranch. I waitress had it taken off our bill, which made up for it! The cocktails were delicious!!
The food was the delicious. I had the NY steak and eggs and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. Props to the chef, and our server, Brandon, who took care of us with his great customer service and interaction. He represents Hard Rock well!
Ate at the Cafe prior to the concert we attended. Of course, it was very convenient to the venue, allowing for a nice dinner and a drink or two. Service was excellent. Wait time for a table would have been one hour, if not for the open table reservation. We were 23 minutes early and still seated immediately in the raised portion of the cafe where it was most quiet--excellent! Waitress was friendly, professional, kept her eyes on her tables. Drinks and food were delivered in an acceptable amount of time. The food was very hot--great. Order was correct--also great. What was not great was the food itself. I had the Messi Chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry and all but flavorless. Hubby had a "steakburger" Patty melt--completely lacking flavor and quality. "Seasoned" fries--eh. Cocktails--similarly barely acceptable. For $75, I am confident that we could have found better quality just about anywhere else locally. Unfortunate, but lesson learned.
We were seated a few minutes early and our food came quicker than expected. we were cutting it close to the start time for the concert we came to see but we made it just fine. the food was great and our server was attentive and friendly. will definitely=Ely eat here again.!
The lady that seated me is professional, smooth and friendly. She has a lot of patience because I observed the customer in front of me in line was taking an extremely long time to order food to take out. He couldn't decide what to order to go. She seated me at a great table next to the wall. I liked that because I was eating by myself. I had a great view of the tv screen to watch the music concerts too! Karla the server is excellent, knowledgeable and kind. Karla brought my delicious Impossible Burger at the perfect time. She would check with me periodically if I needed anything else. It was a very pleasant comfortable experience. Thank you.
