The lady that seated me is professional, smooth and friendly. She has a lot of patience because I observed the customer in front of me in line was taking an extremely long time to order food to take out. He couldn't decide what to order to go. She seated me at a great table next to the wall. I liked that because I was eating by myself. I had a great view of the tv screen to watch the music concerts too! Karla the server is excellent, knowledgeable and kind. Karla brought my delicious Impossible Burger at the perfect time. She would check with me periodically if I needed anything else. It was a very pleasant comfortable experience. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Hardrock Cafe. We took my wife's mother and her sister and husband and the server was so kind and thoughtful. The food came very fast and was hot and fresh. Thanks for a wonderful experience for my wife and mother in law and sister in law for Easter Sunday.

Had a casual dinner at Hard Rock Cafe with family. I had the chicken southwest salad and everyone else had the Legendary Burger! Everything was excellent . . .burgers cooked exactly like everyone requested! Changes to the salad as requested was perfect! Server Erik was amazing! His section was full and very busy! Greeted our party Had water on table and drinks were delivered immediately Drinks where on the table right away! Very personable and checked in several times to make sure we didn't need anything - always with a smile! You know GREAT servers can make or break a meal and he certainly made our meal! Good food + Great service = Happy customers who will come back!

We came in prior to the Arsenio Hall / Jay Leno show. we had reserved a table for 6:45 before the 8:00 show. We arrived at 6:35 to find a long line of people trying to get in to eat. There was not any signage to check in if you had a prior reservation. We happen to ask someone and they directed us to the the front of the line and to speak up about a reservation. A hostess said she could help, asked about a confirmation number, which we had, and we were seated in a few minutes. Our server came by about 5 minutes after we were seated. We had already looked at the menu online prior to our arrival so we placed our drink and dinner order at the same time. My wife ordered the Margherita flat bread (15.99) and I had the veggie fajitas (21.99). It took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. The presentation was nice, the fajitas were sizzling hot. We both were happy with the food. No inquiry about refiling my almost empty Dr Pepper. When the check came, we were both a little confused, a charge for an order of coleslaw showed up and we didn't order one. When we inquired about it, we were told it was an extra charge for the additional tortillas i asked for. They give you 4 small street taco size tortillas with your plate. They got used up quickly. Overall, we would come back again if we were coming to another show. The items were reasonably priced and the service was good. But, I would make sure I booked a table in advance to avoid the large walk-up line.

Food was great. Plenty of options. Drinks were delivered in a timely matter. $170 for 4 people plus drinks was very reasonable. Staff was attentive. We were running late for our reservation, sent a text message to let them know we were on our way and we were seated promptly when we arrived.

Overall, our experience was good. It is a bit chilly in the restaurant, so if you get cold, bring a jacket. The music in the restaurant is loud, so you will need to speak louder to talk to your dining mates.

Nachos were goodZ service was excellent. Dessert was not good super overly sweet and way too much. I would have preferred a delicious and smaller dessert. I feel like the my went for quantity over quality. I rarely eat dessert at restaurants. But when I do it's usually decent to amazing and I eat it all. But this was so and I left like 80 percent of it cuz I couldn't justify the calories for the taste even though it was very expensive which I can see why given the amount of calories. They would be better off getting much better quality for 2/3 the price. 15 dollars was too expensive for dessert that was THAT bad.

Quick in service no wait at the desk. Once seated service was quick and we were eating in no time.

The food was very good. I had the steak fajitas and they were very good. The portion size was more than ample. The service was excellent. Hard Rock is always a fun atmosphere. We will be back!

Happy Shopper

If you go to the Hard Rock Cafe make sure it's in the middle of the day Monday through Thursday. We went tonight to see Spade and thought why not grab a bite at the Cafe. We arrived two hours before the 8 o'clock show. When we checked in with the host she advised that it will be a 50 minute wait. Going with the flow we went sat at the Cafe bar. The staff was great and drinks were even better. But as we sat and enjoyed our drinks we couldn't help but notice there were a lot of empty tables. We get a buzz at the 40 minute mark. Get seated and it took another 15 minutes for the waiter to get to us. He was busy and maybe a little new but super nice. We are looking at 7pm and the show starts in an hour. We tell the waiter we are going to the show and ask if we get an appetizer and a sandwich to split will we make it? He didn't want to promise anything and we didn't want to put him on the spot. We have been drinking and starving. Once we get the food we would scarf it down and go. Right? Wrong! At 735 on dot the food comes out. Wrong sandwich and no we can't wait for them to make another unless they can put it in a to-go box. The waiter said that we could not bring the to-go box in the theater. Really? So we split the appetizer. While sitting there a woman named Jewel was checking on the empty tables. Again there were quite a few empty tables that were not occupied before we sat down nor filled while we sat. Girl, why you checking out the empty tables? Our waiter had three tables. So while Jewel was very occupied with what seemed like she was checking for dust, I called her over. I asked what was going on. Are you guys short handed? Why would I ask that? So I explained how we came in 2 hours before show and now we had 15 minutes before the show and we could only manage to get an appetizer. She went into how she is Front Manager only and she has nothing to do with kitchen. She couldn't even go into the kitchen to see what was wrong. And she pointed out it was the kitchen that messed up our order. Oh so the kitchen is short handed? She then explained that it's one kitchen that takes in all to-go orders, room service and dining room. To top it off she explained on show nights, they get another 2000 guest in and it gets really backed up. I pointed out how we have been at the Cafe for an 1 hour and 45 minutes and tables are empty so obviously they were not busy. I suggested that maybe the tables sat empty because the hosts didn't fill them because there wasn't enough staff to wait on them. She smiled and looked at me like I had a horn shooting out my head. I'm not stupid but it was stupid choice for us to wait so long. I hate the whole bad review, but I hate it more when management can't be somewhat honest. She didn't even apologize for the kitchen getting the order wrong but why should she? She has nothing to do with the kitchen. She didn't offer to even get the kitchen manager. Look it's a cafe in a casino. I didn't go there for fine dining. But 2 hours before a comedy show and the reply was basically an "oh well". The shrimp appetizer salad was great. I wish I could of had it to myself and I wish we could have gotten the sandwich. The apple cobbler icecream thingy and my name on it but sadly that also was a no go. I absolutely left the waiter 20% tip so he doesn't work in the kitchen. Got into the theater and there was the longest line ever at the bar but it moved. Was able to get a hotdog, chips and soda. Got into my seat before the show started. Guess what I saw straggling in with other guest? To-go boxes. Seriously? I've been to Hard Rock on Friday nights to see other shows. We have always gone to the buffet and arrived 2 hours prior to showtime. Always was enough time and never a rush to eat. But like Jewel said, the Cafe kitchen does it all and I shouldn't expect anything more on a night when the casino has 2000 more guest because of a show. Loud and clear.

It's 0500 in the morning and I'm laying in bed after not getting any sleep because of too many disruptions throughout the night.
I've been here 3 nights and the first night I thought it was a fluke. Any noise made in the hallways can easily be heard and I didn't think there would be that many ppl up in the middle of the night.
Now, at the end of the third night I realized there's not enough sound barrier between the rooms or the halls.
I don't know if it's just the way things are here or not, but for some reason anyone communicating in the hallways has to do it loud.
Tonight, whoever is in the room next to me has been loud all night. But because there's not enough sound barrier, I could hear the details of their conversation as they talked about specific body parts in their sexual escapade, that they needed to be somewhere by 4am, and everything else.
At one point, I got up and looked out my peep hole and saw staff laughing and carrying on with them in the hallway about how much they'll tip her.
The noise and disruptions carried on until about 0400, when I heard them leave again. You can hear every time a door closes in the hallways, especially the one next to yours, loudly.
I thought it was over and I may still get a couple hours of sleep in.
Next thing I know, I hear security outside announcing themselves and knocking on the door. I opened my door because I thought they were banging on it, but it was the room next door which was now vacant. This was 0410 in the morning.

Although there had been disruptions all 3 nights, this was the last straw for me. I tried but couldn't get any sleep.
I thought about the experience. From loud ppl just walking by in the hallways, to their own staff not considering that anyone nearby may be trying to sleep at 4am.

While I lay in bed I think, maybe I'll ask for a refund. I'm not trying to cause problems and I normally just deal with things like this. It's not going to ruin my life. But I'm thinking, I wouldn't have chosen to spend money knowing I'd have had this experience. I would have chosen a completely different venue and I bet their staff would agree. This one was too much not to say something.
So I call the front desk and explain the situation. I wasn't rude or anything like that with them, I know it's not their fault, I just explained the situation calmly.
The man apologized and told me there's nothing they can do for me other than give me a food voucher. I've already spend money on their slot machines, at both their cafe's and at their buffet. I'm not hungry, I'm tired and I have to leave in a couple hours to catch my flight home. He asks if I'd like to speak with the manager and I said yes. The manager tells me the same thing. They made me feel like, because I didn't call them to report the noise earlier, my complaint and position is invalid. I was also told I can call to report any more disruptions, after being told there's nothing they would do about loud ppl passing by in the halls anyway. I was also told, because I was here for a convention and the room was already discounted, there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't have thought that mattered, as others who paid the same were getting a better experience. Also, wouldn't that make it that much easier to give me some kind of a refund?

Overall, the staff is nice and it's a nice venue, but you can hear all the noise outside your room.
So if you're expecting a quiet room, the only way you'll get that is if you're the only one on the floor. And the staff don't seem to care what time it is either.

If I had the option and knew I was going to experience the disruptions from other patrons and staff that I did, and knew beforehand that a refund or even partial refund wasn't an option,

Why no Raspberry Tea and only Sugarless Brown tea! I did Iove that they had Coke! But I did have one issue with one of the Food orders. , I ordered Chicken Enchiladas rice beans and its A "No" ! They might need a new mexican cook? There was a weird flavor on the rice-beans. We believe the Food had been left open to the air and had been exposed to a newly Lit broiler and it absorbed the Charcoal fumes! There was also no Sour cream or guacamole with it, as it was supposed to. It just uncooked raw rolled tortilla chicken in it laying on green sauce, like green sauce you get out of a Jar! No!, It was not the good Mexican cooked Green Pork Chile sauce. Why Put a specialty on your menu if it's not made special? Why didn't they make the creamy chicken enchiladas or baked enchiladas? I always bake mine. IF you're going to make a special, then do it right. B.S. and its expensive B.S. Thats ridiculous the chef isn't covering the Food or checking or tasting the Food! I'd say, be careful when you're lighting up your broilers, that the food is not absorbing the fumes, I also ordered bacon cheeseburger burger, which the burger was very, very good and tasty and Juicy, but then the burger bun Dry- had no Sauce, no mayo, or a good homemade thousand Island to put on it. Why? Dry? IT would be better to just have a few items, but good tasty items, IF Hard Rock wants happy gamblers and wants them to keep coming back then don't turn customers Off with unsavory Food! Make sure whatever Food you've got is on the excellent Scale. Maybe Simplify it. Make one Special Soup, one or two Special salads 3 type burgers 2 type Sandwiches- Also, why does your BBQ rib Plate cost $44 ?? . The Manager Jewel was great and understanding. I give her a 100 Plus Score! The new waitress was nice, too, just did not refill drinks. Had to ask for a to-go Box 3 times. Still no box! That BBQ Rib Plate too High Priced. Well, the gambling can be real Super good and Super fun! This is my favorite casino. Just need to work on Food, thank you. Also, it is extremely difficult to get a coffee or coke on the Floor. This is disturbing! Never can get a cup of coffee! when people spend hundreds of dollars, they should be able to get a cup of coffee or a coke. In other casinos, we are able to pour our own coffee at the free station. Hard Rock is lacking in this, But they are also very generous with Beautiful GIFTS For their customers. So, thank you Hard Rock for being so giving and not cheapsters! Love you for this! How great you are! Sorry to complain, but it is better for you to know about this. Everything else is great, except all the high bushes in the Parking lot obstruct visibility. I can't see around the corners of the lanes and I've almost been hit several times. So, your landscaper needs to get to Pruning.

The cafe at hard Rock casino. A good place to grab a bite to eat. Nothing fancy. Just a good diner.
We had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the BBQ combo, with a rack of ribs, pulled pork, BBQ beans and coleslaw. The ribs were tender with fall off the bone meat. The BBQ sauce was smokey with sweet molasses and a bourbon taste. The baked beans were a combination of baked beans and BBQ beans with ham and also a little kick of hot spice. The coleslaw was nothing really special. The cheeseburger was also quite flavorful without the need of salt or pepper. The fries were crispy and delicious.
Drinks were ice tea and strawberry lemonade.
In all a good dinner

10/18/24... Another Friday night dinner. This time we ordered a smashed double mushroom burger with fries, chicken tenders with seasoned fries, and appetizer of bratwurst and sauerkraut egg rolls with a thousand island dipping sauce.
I love mushroom burgers. This one was juicy with a nice double patty. The patty was juicy and moist. The seasoning was just right. The mushrooms were also nice size, sliced of course. The sauce on the mushrooms were a type of beef gravy. In all a great burger. The fries were crispy.
The chicken tenders were nothing phenomenal, just chicken tenders, with "seasoned fries". Please don't ask me the difference. I could not tell.
For dessert we had the Blondie cookie with ice cream and a brownie sundae. Both were great and the portions were huge. The Blondie was heated up. Delicious!

Parking: Large parking lot, with accessible disabled parking and charging stations for electric vehicles. Also a 24 hour gas station on the premises.

Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is large with tables nicely spaced for access for wheel chairs if needed.
