Everything was perfect! Ren gave us the best service and suggested things we enjoyed. We were there at a time before the rush, so it felt like it was quiet and not crowded or rushed.

The amount of food they give you isn't generous. The drinks were poured by a robot, and were skimpy and very slow.

Long waits for drinks and was not able to order what we wanted (lemon drop). We had to wait a long time for service and food arrived before drinks. The food was tasty.

My friend and I went on Friday, August 22, 2025.

We ordered a dish that doesn’t seem to be on the menu anymore? I think it’s called princess chicken. We were told it was served cold. Since we didn’t know what to expect, we gave it a shot. Later on, I find out from a few Chinese friends that Princess Chicken is DEFINITELY NOT served cold. In fact, whatever we were served shouldn’t have been served to anyone, or else it shouldn’t have been called princess chicken. I am disappointed by this experience because it seems the Hard Rock YouYu restaurant serves Asian cuisine but doesn’t know what they are actually serving.

I got the Szechuan shrimp and pork wontons and they were absolutely horrible. The sauce they are in is soo salty and there was a piece of cow stomach in there 🤢. For 12 dollars and only 4 wontons?!?! absurd. This place is not worth it. save your money and time.

Raquel is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and friendly! Any question I asked Raquel she knew the answer and responded politely and pleasantly. The Shrimp Chow Mein with skinny egg noodle was delicious and well prepared and presented. Brent is very friendly and helpful too! Excellent customer services and pleasant to have lunch and dinner there!

We've eaten here before and been very happy with the service, until last night's service. She was not the most pleasant and never once offered to refill our water. Everything else was just fine but the service. Hopefully we don't get her the next time we go there.

Excellent Dim Sum, so good. And the wait staff and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We ordered the duck, braised noodles, and mixed vegetables. The duck was not fresh, we mostly received bones. The braised noodles were good. I liked that the waitress split the bowl for us. The mixed vegetables were a big miss. It was so salty! We had to ask for them to redo it, less salt. Overall, it was okay. Way overpriced for what you get. Service was good.

Our server, Roxy, was superb. She was very busy handling her customers but she was very prompt in serving us.

We ate here three weeks ago and then again last night. Our first meal was delicious, service was outstanding great place to grab a bite before a concert. Unfortunately, last night was mediocre to poor. Once again, we had fabulous service, but two of the dishes were inedible. Three weeks ago we ordered pork and shrimp wontons and they were crispy and delicious. We ordered them again last night and they were served in some type of broth and were soggy and flavorless. The potstickers tasted OK, but were room temperature. We then decided to try the Szechuan pork ribs. They arrived in some type of beige broth. The ribs tasted like they had been boiled and were very gelatinous. Both my husband and I took one bite and no more. Our entrées were good (Kung pow, chicken and pork fried rice ) but yikes! The appetizers were dreadful this time. Not sure I would return. If I did, I would definitely avoid the appetizer menu. The potstickers tasted OK, but were room temperature.

Food: tried shrimp dumpling, garlic noodles and kung pao chicken. Had to return the kung pao because of a horrible smell that the chicken had. The dumplings were okay but the noodles were greasy.

Ambiance: really nicely decorated place inside hard rock casino and the service is also very nice. The server did take the kung pao chicken off the final bill.

Did not go to dinner, I booked a reservation for four and received a call from the restaurant and they told me they could not honor the reservation so I booked a reservation at thunder valley casino and had a great dinner!

The food here is surprisingly good! The Pho is pretty legit, I was surprised!. I asked the chef and he said a head chef comes in every morning to make the Pho Broth fresh, which impressed me. We also had the dim sum, which is was so good. Pro tip, get the Szechuan spicy shrimp and pork wontons, and dump more chili into it. 10/10. The buns are great, the shrimp spring rolls, and BBQ pork bun was great too!

It’s a bit expensive for the portions, so be aware.

It was so good I came back twice. (After some winnings)
