Excellent service and great food! Our server kept checking to see if we need anything. The food we ordered were tasty and delicious.
Our server, Roxy, was superb. She was very busy handling her customers but she was very prompt in serving us.
We ate here three weeks ago and then again last night. Our first meal was delicious, service was outstanding great place to grab a bite before a concert. Unfortunately, last night was mediocre to poor. Once again, we had fabulous service, but two of the dishes were inedible. Three weeks ago we ordered pork and shrimp wontons and they were crispy and delicious. We ordered them again last night and they were served in some type of broth and were soggy and flavorless. The potstickers tasted OK, but were room temperature. We then decided to try the Szechuan pork ribs. They arrived in some type of beige broth. The ribs tasted like they had been boiled and were very gelatinous. Both my husband and I took one bite and no more. Our entrées were good (Kung pow, chicken and pork fried rice ) but yikes! The appetizers were dreadful this time. Not sure I would return. If I did, I would definitely avoid the appetizer menu. The potstickers tasted OK, but were room temperature.
Food: tried shrimp dumpling, garlic noodles and kung pao chicken. Had to return the kung pao because of a horrible smell that the chicken had. The dumplings were okay but the noodles were greasy.
Ambiance: really nicely decorated place inside hard rock casino and the service is also very nice. The server did take the kung pao chicken off the final bill.
Value for money: 1/5
Did not go to dinner, I booked a reservation for four and received a call from the restaurant and they told me they could not honor the reservation so I booked a reservation at thunder valley casino and had a great dinner!
The food here is surprisingly good! The Pho is pretty legit, I was surprised!. I asked the chef and he said a head chef comes in every morning to make the Pho Broth fresh, which impressed me. We also had the dim sum, which is was so good. Pro tip, get the Szechuan spicy shrimp and pork wontons, and dump more chili into it. 10/10. The buns are great, the shrimp spring rolls, and BBQ pork bun was great too!
It’s a bit expensive for the portions, so be aware.
It was so good I came back twice. (After some winnings)
Atmosphere wasn't good. The waitress seemed distracted and uninformed. My wife ordered Pat Thai., and it was tasteless. I got the rice bowl with duck, and it was served on a plate not a bowl. Most of the duck was good, but some was putrid. I would never go there again.
I had the best duck I've ever had! You might think, as I first did, that a Casino restaurant wouldn't be that great, but this place is a gem.
Ordered a medium wonton soup, when it arrived there was only 3 pieces of wontons. The rest was broth. I think it was around $8 for those 3 pieces. Everything else was reasonable. Our server provided prompt and courteous service. Everything we ordered came out quickly.
Hard Rock's site claims one of the best restaurants in the Sac area so my wife and I tried it before taking our front-row seats to a concert there. Unfortunately, we found it to be one of the worst Asian restaurants out of hundreds we've been to worldwide. The waitress was moving and talking so fast she ran off after taking my wife's drink order but not mine, and later ran past asking how our food was without waiting for an answer. The spare ribs appetizer was boiled, colorless, bland-tasting and nearly impossible to eat - who chops up, breads, and boils spare ribs? The lettuce wraps appetizer didn't show until the main course, and was a boring looking & tasting pile of chicken something dumped on lettuce that was impossible to wrap around it. The walnut shrimp tasted nice, but came out barely lukewarm, so it obviously was not cooked fresh for us. The kung pao chicken was ok to me, but my wife said it had a slight ammonia taste. And no one even came to clear the appetizer plates until after we left. While we both love mochi, we skipped dessert to ensure against furthering a bad experience. We can hardly un-recommend this restaurant more. But the music venue rocks!

We had the best waitress. She was wonderful. We sat in the bar. The food was amazing. We just absolutely loved this restaurant and will be back.
The food was delicious and our server, Sam, was the best and so nice. She made sure we were taken care of throughout our dinner and was always available when needed. Thank you Sam!
Really enjoyed our experience. Thought the Dim Sum offerings were wonderful. The Seafood with Garlic Sauce and Shrimp Fried Rice were good but could have used more spice for flavor. Out server was outstanding.
The food was good. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed by the number of tables she had and she came across as a little rude.
There isn't much I can say. Showed up for my reservation and they gave my table away and had no room. When I talked with the host, he shared that his manager had left for the evening and didn't inform him that there were reservations coming in so he seated walk ins. He could not seat us at a table and told us we could wait at the bar for a table to open up. No thank you - I took the time to book a reservation and this is not acceptable. And there apparently was no one in the whole place that could help solve the issue. We left and won't be back.
