I grew up in northern New Jersey, the epicenter of great Italian food and pizza. I've grown to accept that California pizza just isn't the same. Until yesterday. Delgada Pizza is The. Best. Pizza. In. CA! I had a thin crust cheese pizza with 1/2 anchovy and it was soooooo perfect! Wife had thin crust Veggie, but I'd suggest that it needed a thicker crust to hold all the veg. But still wonderful. If you're in Shelter Cove and want the best pizza of your life (and you can't magically transport yourself to north NJ), you gotta head to Delgada's!!!

Only pizza in town, so I wasn't expecting much. Pleasantly surprised, even my hubby (always looking for a good slice) really enjoyed the pizza. The young man who took our order was genuinely friendly and helpful, just a really good experience + good pizza!! Easy parking, good pizza and friendly staff, nice place to grab a quick delicious slice of pie.

It was good pizza, the crust was absolutely perfect. The pizza as a whole was a little tasteless, I couldn't taste the garlic at all. Perfectly cooked however. $32 for a pizza for 2 Pele, I expected more but I understand the challenges of having a restaurant in an or of the way place like shelter cove.

Locally owned place with amazing pizza. This is a weekly occurrence for us. The wings are also pretty large with good sauce. I recommend to call and order in advance to pick up later so you don't have to sit and wait for a while until your order is ready.

Came for pizza after hiking the nature trail. The pizza was delicious. The guy was great and helpful. Would come here again!! The rice krispie treat was also great.
It's important to note that this is not an eat-in restaurant. It's a take away place. I wish we would've known that and it's not made clear in the overview. But the pizza was incredibly good! They don't skimp on toppings, sauce was amazing, crust was perfection.

This place was great. We got into town late and all the restaurants were closed. The pizza place was closed as well. They offered some pizza slices or frozen lasagna. We were able to take the lasagna to our hotel and heat it up. It was very delicious and appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond.
